  • Loved Alok, and Eve

by Chester on 7/2/25Théâtre Beanfield - MontrealRating: 5 out of 5

Alok was what I expected: engaged, smart, poetic, philosophical, funny (poker face), i like. I was impressed by the lenght of the "poem", good memory. What i did not expect, because it never happens to me, was being a little star struck when they came on stage. I want to know about the next show. If i could have, i would have also went to Ottawa, to make sure i understood everything, it was 2 hours of non stop material. My brain took two two-minute breaks. I had not registered that there was an opening act. Eve Parker Finley was hilarious. Great discovery, and they're from here (Montreal, my area). The venue offered many transportation possibikities. Lot's of street parking, free on Sunday. All good. Inside, i paid more to be close, but the first seats (chairs) we're a little low, neck jerker. The chairs were comfortable enough. All and all, so glad i went. Let's get him back with a new show. Keep me posted.

Alok was very entertaining with a powerful message. Thank you for representing the trans community.

  • Wonderful experience

by Emily on 6/24/25Center Stage Theater - AtlantaRating: 5 out of 5

I was thrilled to have the opportunity to see ALOK live. I've been following him for years, and his show did not disappoint. He weaves humor with truth and doesn't hold back. I hope he had a positive experience in Atlanta and will come back to perform again. Also, the Center Stage Theater is a great venue, and the security staff was friendly and impactful.

  • Amusing and thoughtful gender reflections

by Lizzie on 6/24/25Center Stage Theater - AtlantaRating: 5 out of 5

A rare breed--Alok is both a comic and philosopher of gender. Blending the personal with the theoretical Alok manages to make thinking amusing. The hour sped by with a kaleidoscopic topics and dark double-takes. They give shout outs to fellow Trans and non-binary attendees and skewer Cisgender culture. Highly recommend.

  • Phenomenal! Queer church in the best way.

by Indigau on 6/17/25Palace of Fine Arts - San FranciscoRating: 5 out of 5

Beautiful enthusiastic crowd, great sound quality, comfortable venue. Both the opener, Whatever Mike, and Alok were brilliant.

Profound. Beautiful. Shockingly soul rocking. Alok is a treasure of a human and I will take every and any opportunity to listen to them. Everything that comes out of their mouth is gold.

  • Perfect for Pride

by Mark on 6/17/25Palace of Fine Arts - San FranciscoRating: 5 out of 5

I was first introduced to Alok’s comedy through Facebook Reels. When I saw they were performing in San Francisco, I had to get tickets for my husband and I. We had an incredible time. Alok has perfect comedic timing and many great stories to tell. Can’t wait to see more from this amazing artist!!!

  • Life Affirming

by Daniel on 6/17/25Palace of Fine Arts - San FranciscoRating: 5 out of 5

ALOK is just spectacular. What a smart and funny human being who deftly layers pitch black humor with deep compassion to create an epic journey through (waves arms) all of this nonsense. An hour with ALOK is an hour spent reaffirming that you’re a human and you’re allowed to love.

  • Amazing show!

by Maria on 3/27/25The Observatory North Park - San DiegoRating: 5 out of 5

What a magical and amazing night! ALOK and whatever mike were inspiring, funny, and beautiful!

  • Ethereal Experience

by Michelle on 3/26/25The Observatory North Park - San DiegoRating: 5 out of 5

Whatever Mike absolutely killed it as the opener. I loved the hope pop they were giving. If they had their own church, I'd be in the front row every Sunday. Alok is just too precious for humanity. We are so lucky to be alive as them to experience their genius. Truly unremarkable and ahead of their time.

  • A Dream Come True

by Liv on 11/7/24The Fillmore Philadelphia - PhiladelphiaRating: 5 out of 5

Seeing ALOK perform live was truly a dream come true! I HIGHLY recommend it!

  • Breathtaking

by My lover on 11/1/24The Danforth Music Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

This is my first time seeing Travis and second time catching Alok live. Both are exquisitely talented brilliant trailblazers of their time, delectibly chaporoning the audience across cascades of dazzling dei journeys into one where WE ALL get to have fun. Yes please!! The only thing that stood out to me this time was the heaviness in Alok's energy, and rightfully so. Thank you for delivering such an immaculately spectacular show while still remaining human. Sending hearthealing transformation vibes your way dear one <333. And thanks Travis for knocking our socks off with your wet-wit!! What a terrific multiplicity-duo🤩🥰😍👏🏽✨️🙌🏾🤣✨️

by Minie on 10/28/24The Danforth Music Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Alok’s show was amazing. I came all the way from Montreal to Toronto to see it and I wasn’t disappointed ! We need voices like theirs right now.

  • Amazing

by RN on 10/27/24The Danforth Music Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Alok has the ability to tackle deep and concerning issues with grace and lightness. Dark humour is definitely present and appreciate. I moved from laughter to tears, as reminder of my humanity and how complex feelings and emotions can be. Travis was opening for Alok and was an absolute perfect match. God bless your IBS change, Travis! lol

  • Much laughter and a few tears

by Dharma on 7/6/24Paramount Theatre - DenverRating: 5 out of 5

I never knew that Alok was so funny! One of the best shows I've ever been to. After a month of grief and loneliness, I left the show a changed person, feeling more alive and creative. Thank you, Alok!

  • Healing. Hilarious. Watery. Magic.

by Cass on 7/3/24Paramount Theatre - DenverRating: 5 out of 5

I cannot say enough good things about ALOK’s show! Come ready to cackle, laugh until you cry, and cry some more after as your process the poignant truths beneath the jokes. This is smart, bright, thought-provoking comedy at it’s finest — a mix of poetry, performance, and zingy punch lines.

  • Amazing show!

by Kat on 5/22/24Fox Theater - Oakland - OaklandRating: 5 out of 5

This show was SO good! Great performance by Alok and I think everyone there learned or processed something through their humor.

Spoken word, musical performance, comedy, laughter, joy, healing - my rage is necessary. I would see this show again and again! We need more trans visibility live performances!
