My daughter and I went together, since we had seen the Temptations and Four Tops together. The performance was awesome!!! We both felt we were back at the concert in Washington, D.C. where we grew up. I still have the Talk of the Town album from back in the 1960's, which was the NBC performance shown in an act of the play. Well done to the cast, crew and musicians. Also the volunteers were helpful and kind.
The music and singing was awesome. The story was educational. My only negative comment is the ladies portraying the Supremes could've been a little better.
It was a wonderful show, but unfortunately my husband and I both wear hearing aids and we could not understand the words spoken. We could hear them, but they were not audible. I know the technology is out there - if only DPAC could loop the audience so they could read the words on their phones - it would revolutionize the performing arts experience all over the world. If it hasn't been done, I would love to be smart enough to invent it. Otherwise, being at DPAC is always a great experience and we are so lucky to have such a top quality venue for entertainment. Volunteers were wonderful. Thanks for all your hard work.
Ain't too Proud was one of the best....I love the original Temptations and all of their music! My suggestions to DPAC is that they put up large screens so that everyone can enjoy a closer up view of what's actually going on on the stage. My seats were in the Grand Tier area and they weren't bad seats but would have loved to been able to actually see close up faces and more detail of what was actually taking place on the stage.

I HAVE BEEN TO A GOOD NUMBER OF PERFORMANCES AT DPAC, WITH GREAT STARS, BUT THIS BROUGHT BACK SO MANY MEMORIES. EVERYTHING WAS OUTSTANDING. DPAC has been a big plus in our lives as we are the age of the older groups that we have had the privilege to be entertained by. Thank you DPAC!!!
The show was amazing.....with the music, the vocals and the costumes; one of the best plays I've seen in awhile.
Thought the microphones weren’t good in the beginning of both acts. They did get better. The Supreme’s voices weren’t very good at all. Not loud and not in key part of the time. Love the Temptation’s music but this show was just ok.
The show was excellent from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend seeing it!
The show was absolutely amazing. Seems as though everyone around us felt the same. All were there for the same thing....the story and the music. Both were delivered 100%.

I only wish I could have seen it TWICE!!! It was a so much fun! My sister and I knew every word to every song! But the acting and the voices and the dancing,— they made this show! And they made it enjoyable for everyone! Thank you to these incredibly talented and highly recognized and awarded performers!

Was so much fun! Very entertaining. Loved the music and the dance moves as well as the story.
We knew the Temptation's music was great, but we really didn't expect the performers to be so incredible! The show remained positive and often funny despite the difficulties the band encountered. It didn't have the reputation of Wicked, Les Mis, or other big shows, but we thoroughly enjoyed it and were glad we decided to go.
If you are a fan or know a fan of the old Motown hits, this is a must see! My mom was raised on this music and brought me up listening as well. The music, the actors, the story, the history....it was all outstanding!
