    Magical Music

by Rick on 4/5/24Tilles Center Concert Hall - Brookville

Beyond amazing sounds and notes came from the Orchestra and Bell with his magical miracle instrument. 300 hundred years of an aged instrument in the hands of an historical level of player.

I have loved this orchestra for 50 years and I was finally able to see them live. I was not disappointed. They were as great as I hoped they would be!

    Outstanding performance by all!

by John on 4/2/24New Jersey Performing Arts Center - Newark

Joshua Bell and the orchestra were well-rehearsed and put on an incredible performance. However, I sat near the back of the orchestra section. There was a broadcast booth behind glass, and the broadcasters must have thought it was soundproof, but it wasn't. You could hear the broadcasters talking during the quiet parts, in particular during the first cadenza of the Brahms violin concerto. It was incredibly annoying. They should have been taking in the outstanding performance, not chit chatting.

We enjoyed the performance very much

by Slava Ukraine on 3/13/22The Soraya (The Valley's Center for the Performing Arts) - Northridge

Joshua Bell and the Academy of stMartin in the fields were incredible. The thing that bothered us very much was the masks wearing mandatory, despite the fact that the mandates in LA were lifted a week ago. Not cool at all. You are trying to save us from a flu and deprive us from a proper breathing, doing much more harm for our lungs. You need to change your policy or I have to think twice next time either I want to attend the nex event or I would rather prefer the other places where I can breathe freely Thank you

    Great Concert

by russz on 3/8/20The Soraya (The Valley's Center for the Performing Arts) - Northridge

I loved the concert featuring Joshua Bell and the Academy of St Martins in the Field. The violin concerto and Beethoven's Fifth Symphony were played perfectly. Certainly a treat to hear such a fine orchestra and soloist.

Joshua Bell was simply fabulous. The Academy of St Martins orchestra played beautifully, and the Soraya is absolutely stunning. I was still excited about the experience the next day...and even now! I loved every minute of this experience.
