About

A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie is a rapper, singer and actor from The Bronx, New York. Born Artist Julius Dubose, the rapper shared his first solo track at the age of 19, followed by his debut mixtape Artist in 2016. He signed to Atlantic Records later that year and released his first album, The Bigger Artist, in 2017. Its lead single “Drowning” became A Boogie’s first of four Top 40 singles and eventually earned a diamond RIAA certification. His 2018 follow-up Hoodie SZN reached No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and featured the singles “Look Back at It” and “Swervin’.” 2020’s Artist 2.0 and 2022’s Me vs. Myself similarly yielded Top 10 chart debuts as well as platinum singles like “Numbers” and “24 Hours.” In 2024, A Boogie released his fifth album, Better Off Alone. Across his career, the rapper has worked with Ed Sheeran, Maroon 5, Metro Boomin, 50 Cent, DJ Khaled and more.

A boogie is the best artist ever he’s so cute. Loved the performance. Wish he played more songs maybe for longer but I love him.

  • Fantastic

by Jamie on 10/18/23MVP Arena - AlbanyRating: 5 out of 5

This concert was one of the best concerts I have ever been too. I loved how they called out people who were sick, passing out or fighting. They had everyone on there feet. Laughing, singing. I had a wonderful time.

  • Amazing

  • Boogie Concert

by JB on 10/18/23MVP Arena - AlbanyRating: 4 out of 5

This was very different than other concerts I have attended. It was like a college party with entertainment, and not great entertainment. We had women on stage twerking and showing their backsides. Lots of very foul language from performers before Boogie. Lots of concert goers injured or passed out, needing medical attention. And lots and lots of weed. Holy heck. People smoking all around us, including Boogie on stage. (maybe concert should have been in an outdoor arena). I will say Toosii and Boogie kept an eye on the pit to make sure concert goers were ok. Concert was to start at 8, Boogie didn't even come on until 9:50.

  • Not great!

by Jess on 10/18/23MVP Arena - AlbanyRating: 1 out of 5

Headliner was hours late to the stage, when he did arrive he only was on stage for 1 hour. During that one hour performance he took at least two breaks where guest performers took the stage. That one hour also included audience Interaction and dance off. Those additions would have been welcomed had he performed on time and for an acceptable amount of time. Overall, not worth the time or money spent and we wouldn’t see him live again.

  • Great Night

    by Samii 149st on 10/18/23Rating: 5 out of 5

My husband and I decided to book A boogie for our 4 year wedding anniversary date and it was great. A boogie was all about love and unity. He had me singing at the top of my lungs and I literally have no voice now. The show was perfect. Mullins center is a joke though.. their parking garage sucks and the line to get in the center can use some food vendors or something for that long line/wait. Also they should book bartenders inside for some drinks. They only sold beer which I don’t drink beer. Overall great show. Thanks for the great night and memories made A.

  • First time

by Koonstastic on 10/17/23MVP Arena - AlbanyRating: 5 out of 5

First time seeing A Boogie and it was great! Lots of people performing so there was always entertainment between big artists, and as always a lovely and easy venue to get in and out of!

  • Great seats for the price!

by JJ on 10/10/23Petersen Events Center - PittsburghRating: 5 out of 5

We had a great time at the concert. Our seats had a really good view and the price I paid for them was around $60. The only thing that I was disappointed in was the VIP experience. With our package we were suppose to get early access inside, shopping for merchandise before everyone else, an exclusive piece of merchandise and a Commemorative VIP Laminent. We got everything else except the VIP laminent.
