About

A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie is a rapper, singer and actor from The Bronx, New York. Born Artist Julius Dubose, the rapper shared his first solo track at the age of 19, followed by his debut mixtape Artist in 2016. He signed to Atlantic Records later that year and released his first album, The Bigger Artist, in 2017. Its lead single “Drowning” became A Boogie’s first of four Top 40 singles and eventually earned a diamond RIAA certification. His 2018 follow-up Hoodie SZN reached No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and featured the singles “Look Back at It” and “Swervin’.” 2020’s Artist 2.0 and 2022’s Me vs. Myself similarly yielded Top 10 chart debuts as well as platinum singles like “Numbers” and “24 Hours.” In 2024, A Boogie released his fifth album, Better Off Alone. Across his career, the rapper has worked with Ed Sheeran, Maroon 5, Metro Boomin, 50 Cent, DJ Khaled and more.

  • Sound was terrible

by CitaaBitaa on 6/21/24Wells Fargo Center - PhiladelphiaRating: 3 out of 5

The speakers and mics where horrible in philly ! Ive seen aboogie perform during a Rod Wave concert in NYC so I know it was a venue thing. I was kinda mad I couldnt enjoy the experience how I wanted bc we could barley hear what he was saying.

  • Traffic control after the concert

by Jermaine Wells on 6/18/24Pine Knob Music Theatre - ClarkstonRating: 1 out of 5

Traffic control after the concert was absolutely terrible. People were drive up on the grass and people were fighting just cause there wasn't any clear way to get out. There should be traffic control in the lots after the concert to help add getting people out better.

Thought it as stage performance and vocals. Decent price tickets despite being resale.

as a 2016 boogie fan i bought the tickets first day live. don’t waste ur money on tickets close up. we went down to our seats and they’re were ppl, we didn’t mind if they were there as long as there not in our seats. well, they weren’t being respectful so we moved to lawn. the amount of times i got harassed in lawn by guys is ridiculous. everyone snuck up to the front including our seats. don’t waste ur money. i paid 240$ for seats i didn’t sit in for did i get a sevond to enjoy the concert by the amount of ppl drunk and high. boogie also ended it early, i love boogie but that was not good performance.

  • BEST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.

by Tina on 10/20/23MVP Arena - AlbanyRating: 5 out of 5

This was my very first concert I've ever been too. Though some of the openers were not my vibe , they still put on a good show. Dj ominaya did a great job interacting with the crowd and getting us hyped. Toosii did absolutely amazing and sounds great in person , I love that he goes into the crowd to sing , he came right into my section at the bottom and I have a great video of it! It took awhile for a boogie to actually start performing but BOY WAS HE WORTH THE WAIT. They did a set list of all his number 1 hits and popular songs. Though I would of loved to hear some newer stuff mixed in as well but I still loved it. A boogie has been my favorite rapper since he dropped so overall the concert was a dream come true. Also there was one fight and about 3 separate occasions where someone fainted or was about too. They stopped the show each time to make sure those people had proper medical attention which was extremely caring to the audience and their fans. I give the show a 10 out of 10!!!!! and I can't wait to buy tickets to see a boogie again!!!! the set list, the lighting , the smoke machines and confetti blasters everything was just so awesome & the whole crowd was vibing for sure!!!

  • More time

by GiGi on 10/19/23Upstate Medical University Arena at The Oncenter War Memorial - SyracuseRating: 4 out of 5

I wish Aboogie was out more and singing way more than what he actually did. Also turn the background music down a notch you could barely hear him sometimes it sounded like geberish but, love the concert had a good time.
