About

A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie is a rapper, singer and actor from The Bronx, New York. Born Artist Julius Dubose, the rapper shared his first solo track at the age of 19, followed by his debut mixtape Artist in 2016. He signed to Atlantic Records later that year and released his first album, The Bigger Artist, in 2017. Its lead single “Drowning” became A Boogie’s first of four Top 40 singles and eventually earned a diamond RIAA certification. His 2018 follow-up Hoodie SZN reached No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and featured the singles “Look Back at It” and “Swervin’.” 2020’s Artist 2.0 and 2022’s Me vs. Myself similarly yielded Top 10 chart debuts as well as platinum singles like “Numbers” and “24 Hours.” In 2024, A Boogie released his fifth album, Better Off Alone. Across his career, the rapper has worked with Ed Sheeran, Maroon 5, Metro Boomin, 50 Cent, DJ Khaled and more.

A boogie was super good, my favorite part about him was how he enjoyed Pittsburgh so much I just wish he would’ve came on sooner. I had no idea who any of the opening artists were, the crowd was pretty dead in the beginning

  • Loved It

by Teekeira on 6/17/19STAGE AE - PittsburghRating: 5 out of 5

He’s a great Performer I enjoyed the show very respectful man I’ll go see him again without a doubt

  • I had a ball!

by Snowy on 6/17/19STAGE AE - PittsburghRating: 5 out of 5

It was a great experience. He held our attention from start to finish. He is so talented it was insane seeing him live. Besides a couple minor hickups as for as others at the event (not entertainers). I would definitly go to another event held at this venue. Summer Jam was a blast! Until next year! 😊

  • Good concert

by Irmill on 6/17/19STAGE AE - PittsburghRating: 5 out of 5

Concert was good my daughter and cousin really enjoyed it but the forum sucked and the way they handled the opening of the gates leaves a lot to be desired.

  • The concert started hours late and that is just down right d

by Jimbo on 5/1/19Westchester County Center - White PlainsRating: 2 out of 5

The concert was due to start at 8PM he came out at 1030 after some DJ played for about a half an hour. Doors opened at 7 so he made people wait 3 1/2 hours absolutely ridiculous. Never again

  • Great Show

by Elli on 4/30/19Westchester County Center - White PlainsRating: 5 out of 5

Great performance. A Boogie and Trap Manny kept the crowd hyped all night!!! Hope they come back to Westchester soon.

  • A boogie

by Si❤️ on 4/23/19The Palace Theatre Albany - AlbanyRating: 5 out of 5

  • Amazed

by Shock on 4/23/19The Palace Theatre Albany - AlbanyRating: 5 out of 5

By far the best concert I went to and ticket master really made it easy for me to access my tickets and kept giving me updates defiantly will book again

  • My husband always shows out

by Nees on 4/23/19The Palace Theatre Albany - AlbanyRating: 5 out of 5

The concert sets were great, the Dj kept the crowd lit, and Artist and Dababy did amazing performances. The only thing that I can complain about is the security at the venue they needed way more of it!!

  • Was not organized

by Tiffany on 4/23/19The Palace Theatre Albany - AlbanyRating: 3 out of 5

To get assigned seating was unnecessary because ppl ever every where but their seat. Performance from the main act wasn’t anything spectacular. By 1030 we were ready to leave. And we did. I have been to other aboogie concerts. This was by far my least favorite. Wish I just got the cheap seats and ran forward like 90% of the attendants did.

  • Why pay for seats

by A. on 4/23/19The Palace Theatre Albany - AlbanyRating: 1 out of 5

Lackluster preshow and mayhem once the show started. Security couldn’t contain the crowd and we ended up with people shoved in our row to the point we couldn’t move. It was pretty awful.

  • he oml did like 5 songs

by c. on 4/14/19House of Blues Boston presented by Cricket Wireless - BostonRating: 3 out of 5

the concert alone was very fun i enjoyed it. i just wish A Boogie did more of his newer songs. he only did like 5-6 total then left

  • GREAT!!

by Jon on 4/5/19House of Blues Anaheim presented by Cricket Wireless - AnaheimRating: 5 out of 5

Concert was longer than I expected, which is always a great thing. The venue was amazing “House of Blues” in Anaheim. And HBTL was full of Rock Stars 🤘

  • Waited nearly 3 hours for A Boogie

by d. c. on 4/4/19House of Blues Anaheim presented by Cricket Wireless - AnaheimRating: 3 out of 5

Show was supposed to start at 7pm. Boogie didn't perform until nearly 10pm. My daughter and we're litterally squished in a crowd of about 500 people. If not for my daughter I would have left. Not a good experience.

  • Pretty good

    by L. C. on 3/29/19Varsity Theater - MinneapolisRating: 4 out of 5

Took a long time for Boogie to actually get on stage, but when he did it was great. Although I wish he played Skeezers, that’s like my favorite song. The varsity was great, it was just a pit of people dancing and that’s usually pretty lit. Their bathrooms are dope too.

  • Excellent

    by T. G. on 3/29/19Varsity Theater - MinneapolisRating: 5 out of 5

Everything was great and really professional and everything was well organized.

  • Amazing

    by B. A. on 3/26/19Varsity Theater - MinneapolisRating: 5 out of 5

I loved the venue. Loved the artist. Loved the show. It was such a fun atmosphere. Great staff. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

  • Varsity hell

    by D. M. on 3/26/19Varsity Theater - MinneapolisRating: 1 out of 5

This event should have been held at a larger location. With more security and not a all age event ! great performance from A boogie though!
