About

A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie is a rapper, singer and actor from The Bronx, New York. Born Artist Julius Dubose, the rapper shared his first solo track at the age of 19, followed by his debut mixtape Artist in 2016. He signed to Atlantic Records later that year and released his first album, The Bigger Artist, in 2017. Its lead single “Drowning” became A Boogie’s first of four Top 40 singles and eventually earned a diamond RIAA certification. His 2018 follow-up Hoodie SZN reached No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and featured the singles “Look Back at It” and “Swervin’.” 2020’s Artist 2.0 and 2022’s Me vs. Myself similarly yielded Top 10 chart debuts as well as platinum singles like “Numbers” and “24 Hours.” In 2024, A Boogie released his fifth album, Better Off Alone. Across his career, the rapper has worked with Ed Sheeran, Maroon 5, Metro Boomin, 50 Cent, DJ Khaled and more.

  • Bad!

    by J. G. on 11/14/21Rating: 2 out of 5

Never showed up here in Maine last night for the concert… thanks a lot a boogie. He puts on his Instagram looking for a plane to Maine while I’m sitting at his damn show. It’s not right. I want my money back

  • No show

    by T. L. on 11/14/21Rating: 1 out of 5

Never showed up to Maine, total rip off. They kept saying he was back stage, and he wasn’t even in the damn state. Disrespectful and deceptive.

  • He never came to Louisville

    by H. A. on 10/11/21Rating: 5 out of 5

The day he comes to Kentucky I’m paying hella just to see him in person my favorite artist of all times and I hope I get to take a pic with him if he sees this please tell him to come to Louisville Kentucky 🥺❤️

  • A boogie was good but way too many opening acts.

by Chun Li on 12/4/19Toyota Oakdale Theatre - WallingfordRating: 4 out of 5

It reminded me.of a high school talent show. So many people were on stage with each opening act I could'nt pick out the main performer.

  • This show was wavy 🌊

    by OSK33ZY on 10/23/19Toyota Oakdale Theatre - WallingfordRating: 5 out of 5

Very good show , exciting and entertaining 100%, 1 thing tho ;Aboogie wanted to come in the crowd and security wouldnt let him . wanted a handshake couldve got one which wouldve meant the world to me but ehhh only in CT do they ruin artist's chance to bond with fans

  • Concert review

by Drew on 10/21/19Toyota Oakdale Theatre - WallingfordRating: 4 out of 5

Pretty good seats, wish a boogie performed longer.

  • WAY TOO SHORT

by Mandi on 10/21/19Toyota Oakdale Theatre - WallingfordRating: 3 out of 5

I have been to multiple A Boogie concerts & this by far has been the shortest one , I drove 2.5 hrs for it and he was on stage for less than 45 mins and the show it’s self was only 2.5 hours long . Had I known I wouldn’t have wasted my 200+ dollars 😒 - the show itself was a good show I’m just disappointed in the timing for the price .

  • Highly Recommended

    by J. V. on 10/21/19Toyota Oakdale Theatre - WallingfordRating: 5 out of 5

It was a great show! Not too big. Very intimate setting. No fights or issues. Parking system could be worked on but it wasn't that bad.

  • Great performance and experience

    by A. J. on 10/21/19Toyota Oakdale Theatre - WallingfordRating: 4 out of 5

  • A Boogie

    by M. R. on 10/21/19Toyota Oakdale Theatre - WallingfordRating: 5 out of 5

Went to go see A Boogie with my friends. Awesome experience! Although, at the end of the concert there was a lot of chaos. Traffic was bad but thats expected. Honestly, I always come here for concerts, you can see the stage clearly no matter where you sit! I highly recommend coming here!

  • Great Energy and Performance

by Young Tree on 10/21/19Toyota Oakdale Theatre - WallingfordRating: 5 out of 5

This show was amazing, everybody in the venue was lit! All the artist did great performances and A Boogie did a great job with the show and bringing out surprise guests during his performance!

  • Best time ever

    by j. b. on 10/21/19Toyota Oakdale Theatre - WallingfordRating: 5 out of 5

Was the best cincert i have ever been to. But the end when i was lesveing everyone was running for no reason. And tjey ran into mad people

  • Amazing but waited too long for Aboogie

by Ashley on 10/21/19Toyota Oakdale Theatre - WallingfordRating: 4 out of 5

The concert was supposed to start at 9 so everyone arrived before then obviously. However i was not pleased with having artists that no one knows, going on for an hour and 30 minutes and aboogie only having a 40 min performance

  • Interesting

    by E on 10/21/19Toyota Oakdale Theatre - WallingfordRating: 3 out of 5

I would say his performance e was GREAT HOWEVER he didn’t even perform 45 minutes which was disappointing and unexpected.

  • It was alright

by Bc on 10/21/19Toyota Oakdale Theatre - WallingfordRating: 3 out of 5

There was too many opening acts. By the time A boogie came on it was 10:45 pm and the concert started at 9:00 pm. The crowd was starting to die out. If he cut the opening acts down to two or three rather than four or five, the crowd would have been more hype and better for when he came on.

  • Overall . . . It was okay.

    by G. L. on 10/21/19Toyota Oakdale Theatre - WallingfordRating: 3 out of 5

The Oakdale Theatre was great. There was free parking, space was clean, and the staff I interacted with were nice. But as for the concert its self . . . ehhh. A Boogie was SUPER late, and only performed for about 40 minutes. There were wayyyy TOO many openers and I feel like I paid to watch them.

  • Boogie, Dababy, PnB

by Alec on 9/1/19Floyd L. Maines Veterans Memorial Arena - BinghamtonRating: 5 out of 5

It was so dope they all sounded so good and lived up to the hype. Thank you for bringing these great rappers to our area. Looking forward to future stars appearing back to binghamton

  • Best concert ever

    by R. D. on 9/1/19Floyd L. Maines Veterans Memorial Arena - BinghamtonRating: 5 out of 5

This concert was soooo lit, everyone performing was constantly interacting with the crowd and giving off great energy. A Boogie was great & he performed songs from basically all his albums and EPs which was awesome, and PNB gave off the best vibes & sounded great performing live. Really a sick concert!!

  • Amazing

by JesseRae on 6/18/19STAGE AE - PittsburghRating: 5 out of 5
