A major punk band for over two decades, Social Distortion came out of Los Angeles's active hardcore scene of the late '70s and early '80s. Their first album, Mommy's Little Monster, appeared in 1983 and featured the song "Another State of Mind," which aired as one of a few punk videos on mid-'80s MTV. Since then, Social Distortion have further developed their mix of punk and rockabilly with such songs as "Ball and Chain," "Bad Luck" and "Reach for the Sky." To this day, Social Distortion remain one of punk's most exciting and vital bands. Over the course of their career, Social Distortion have brought many venues to capacity, like Observatory North Park and the Mission Ballroom.

Great show. Enjoyed the music. Great venue, good acoustics, good crowd, good concessions. Good parking close by. Great evening. Thank you.
All 3 bands were excellent. They had great energy and sound. But Ticketmaster and Live Nation gouge you on everything so hard that it’s hard to put out of your mind. $54 ticket costs $86 in real life. $16 domestic beers, $10 sodas. They are in real need of a cost adjustment.
Couldn't have picked a better concert for my daughters first. IT WAS AMAZING!! LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT!!
Said doors open at 7:30 … the horrible parking situation and waiting in line we only got to see the last band play the end of their set and then it took forever to get out of that place BIG Disappointment
Had a great time! Social D was on point and Bad Religion was awesome too. Would love to see them again!
Bad Religion and Social Distortion Rocked. Good Times….
Bad Religion was great but Social Distortion did not take the stage till 10pm. Disappointed with timeliness of the show
Show was excellent! Minus the chaos getting out of the parking. Nightmare!!
Show was awesome so cool to see this 2 bands headline
Social D and Bad Religion still rock, the put on a grate show, as expected , over all it was a greate nigth .
We had a great time signing and dancing to all their music. The venue is good but it’s a lot of walking especially if you park on the grass area.
Have seen SD 6 times and they are great. However, this performance had so many songs we didn’t know. Payed a lot of money to be up front only to stand in wonder. They have so many HIT songs….if they had a concert and only played the those hit songs, fans would not be disappointed!!! The hit songs are what they want to hear, not songs that no one knows.
The show was great and the venue was very kewl we had a blast and enjoyed our evening at this show
First time at the event center, nice place, great sounds easy in and out.
I’ve seen SD and BR quite a few times, always up close…. Purchased lawn seats for this event, and even from a distance, an amazing show!!
Social Distortion brought down the expectations of the concert event. Slow play and song selection was weak.
What a tour. This show was a postponed date from November ‘22. They added many shows in SD. They are beloved here as true punk/So Cal legends. Sounding better than ever and the Observatory is a great venue to vibe out with likeminded fans. Skelly!
My sixth time seeing Social Distortion on this tour and it seems like I can get enough of this guys,so happy.
Huge Social D fan, I think I’ve seen them perform over 30 times in the last 30 years and I gotta say, they still kick ass! Still my favorite band to see live, I make it a point to see them play at least once every tour. Can’t wait to hear the new album they’re working on.
