New Orleans Saints at Caesars Superdome

The 73,000-capacity Caesars Superdome is located in the New Orleans Central Business District. With a spot on the New Orleans skyline, the Superdome is one of the most recognizable landmarks in the U.S.

After the city was struck by Hurricane Katrina in August 2005, many thought the venue would be demolished. But the Superdome was reborn, in what was now one of the biggest stadium reconstruction projects in U.S. history. In 2020, the stadium launched a multi-phase, multi-year renovation project that will focus on improving the guest experience with updated amenities, while still staying true to the building's architectural characteristics. Planned upgrades include expanded concourses, new entry gates, escalators, and enhanced food and beverage concessions.

    App wasn't working

by Jack on 9/15/21TIAA Bank Field - Jacksonville

The game was fine, but I could not sign into Ticketmaster on my phone, and it refused to recognize that I had already put the tickets on my phone. (LG Android) I had to use my son's phone to access my account and transfer the tickets to his phone. I'm going to reinstall the app but this was a real hindrance.

    Forced To Buy 3 Tickets

by ESPNCaddie on 9/15/21TIAA Bank Field - Jacksonville

And it turned out to be awesome! Was only gonna take my son but since I had to buy an extra ticket, he asked a friend to come with. They ended up meeting players, coaches, and even got a football and some game towels. Tix included access to inside dining area (not advertised). Watching their faces and then chatting with them on the way home… priceless

    Wrong Seats

by Ballcoach38 on 9/15/21TIAA Bank Field - Jacksonville

The seats I reserved were not the seats that I received in my tickets. I ordered tickets on the left side of the aisle, and received tickets on the right side. This meant that my line of site was constantly disrupted by people coming up the stairs.

From beginning to end, it was a fantastic experience. The fans were passionate, but courteous. I really enjoyed it and appreciate them choosing our city for the game.

    Great Last Minute Game

by Johnny on 9/15/21TIAA Bank Field - Jacksonville

Jacksonville did a great job putting the game together last minute! They were able to make the stadium look like an actual Saints home game! Concessions did lack a little, but that was to be expected with the time constraint. Also loved the helicopter hovering around the stadium and then showcasing the stadium and downtown Jacksonville! I think it was an overall great day set up by a very hospitable city!

What a game! What a venue!

by Saints fans in Atlanta on 9/15/21TIAA Bank Field - Jacksonville

My sister and her husband were staying with us after the storm so we thought it would be awesome to head to game with them to keep their minds off of Ida aftermath. They ended up having to go back for a medical emergency of a loved one and couldn’t go, but we went anyway. I can’t say enough for what a nice place it was to travel to see a game. We were up in section 410 but at the 50 yard line we could see everything. Thanks for having a good PA system so we could actually hear what was going on. One of the best NFL games we’ve attended. The Saints trouncing Green Bay was the red beans on the rice!

    Awesome Day!

by #1 Saints Fan on 9/15/21TIAA Bank Field - Jacksonville

App worked great! No problems...just a little confusing about the parking as I can usually buy parking from Ticketmaster when I go to Raymond James Stadium...maybe a link to where we could take care of that since y'all weren't selling parking passes? Other than that all good. Jags stadium employees are the bomb...thanks for letting us borrow your house! YOU DAT!

    Jaguars Stadium

by ThaRunnaz on 9/15/21TIAA Bank Field - Jacksonville

Great venue and would go again. Prices are no different then any other stadium, they can come down on items such as beer. Nonetheless i am looking forward to my next game.

No place I would rather be on game day during the season!! Love my Saints!! Love the atmosphere!!! Only wish I could find some club/plaza level seats at better prices!! Terrace level is not all that bad but I would love to sit closer to the field!!! I would also love to one day get field passes for me and my dad because that is my dads ultimate wish and is something both of us have never experienced!!! Go Saints!!! WHO DAT!!!

Wise decision on Saints side in Loge Club

by MisterDigger on 1/10/18Mercedes-Benz Superdome - New Orleans

For the previous home game, I sat on the visitors side in the Loge Club. The food staff really did not have their act together there, so I chose the Saints side of the Loge Club for the first playoff game. Wise decision!!!! Since I can no longer climb the stairs in the Terrace, I always choose the Loge or Plaza level. Good Plaza seats were not available for the right price for this game. My Loge Club seat was a bargain at face value. The crowd really helped the Saints win!!!!
