MercyMe has been releasing hits in the Christian rock genre since 2001, when "I Can Only Imagine" caught the attention of the public and became the most requested song on a mainstream station in Texas. Despite the band's success on conventional radio stations, the majority of ticket buyers expect MercyMe's concert tours to be religion oriented, and they are not disappointed. Fans who attended the Rock & Worship Roadshow in 2013 described the tour as uplifting and filled with spiritual hits that included "Word of God Speak,” “All of Creation” and "You Don’t Care At All." The latter song is from the 2012 album The Hurt & the Healer, which reached No. 1 on the Christian Albums Billboard chart.
Millard formed MercyMe with Jim Bryson and Mike Scheuchzer in Oklahoma, and after releasing independently, MercyMe signed with INO Records in 2001. Their first album earned the 2x Platinum certification from the RIAA after "I Can Only Imagine" won two Dove Awards. On 2002's Spoken For, which peaked at No. 2 on the Christian Albums chart, the title track was the most successful. 2004's Undone brought with it hits like "Here with Me," "Homesick" and "In the Blink of an Eye." 2006's Coming Up to Breathe was nominated for a Grammy, due to hit singles like "Bring the Rain," "So Long Self" and "Hold Fast." All That Is Within Me was released in 2007, with "God With Us" reaching No. 1 on the Christian Songs Billboard chart. 2010 saw the release of The Generous Mr. Lovewell, while 2012's The Hurt & The Healer featured "You Are I Am" and the title track as the most popular songs. MercyMe has plans to continue its tour for The Hurt & the Healer album in 2014.

I loved the Mercy Me Concert. We need more concerts like this. It was an amazing concert. I felt the Holy Spirit all around me. I left on a complete high.
Mercy Me is always wonderful. Sam Wesley and Natalie Grant were good too. The Children's International speaker went on way too long. We had seats on the floor; they were less crowded and uncomfortable than the other seats have been. Parking was better than before. We knew to come earlier, and there weren't so many other events going on right around there. Could use some signs indicating which parking section we were in. Maybe we just didn't see if there were any. We nearly got lost finding our car. We might have bought some merchandise on the way out, but we didn't see any between our seats and the exit doors. The workers all seemed pleasant and friendly; no one demanded to see my ticket after a trip to the restroom, as happened somewhere else.
We were treated with a awesome show from Mercy Me on Oct. 24th! They engaged the audience with their great music. The opening acts were great as well!
Mercy Me was probably the best concert I’ve attended! They were awesome & played every song I’d hoped they would. My only complaint was that the lights were WAY TOO BRIGHT!! They hurt my eyes! And the volume was TOO LOUD! (Not necessary!)
I can't even begin to describe what this night meant to me. The stories, the music, the heartfelt connection to other true believers. It changed me in a profound way. I will definitely attend another concert of Mercyme every chance I get.
First of all, what an absolutely amazing concert! MercyMe never disappoints! Sam Wesley and Natalie Grant were also so good. I really could have listened to them all night! Just a few things, however. I am thinking another merchandise area would have been great to eliminate the lines. Also, it was extremely smoky/hazy when we first arrived and really did smell like smoke. Other than those two items, it was, again, an amazing concert!
Excellent show. It ranks as one of the best shows I have watched
I've wanted to see MercyMe for a long time! Thanks to Columbia, MO for having this concert! I've also wanted to see Natalie Grant forever, so having them both at a concert was awesome! Such amazing singers! MercyMe has a great stage appearance. Bart/band are such a funny, enjoyable, and laid-back kind of guys that makes you feel "like a friend"while you are there.
Absolutely amazing concert!!!! So much power and positive vibes in there!! I hope I am blessed to see Mercy Me again in the future! Natalie Grant and Sam Wesley were absolutely wonderful too!! ✝️🙏🏼🙌🏼
Everything went great and was a really great concert and will see them again.
Had a wonderful time at the recent Mercy Me concert. The music was wonderful!!! I do wish there were a few more concession stands open. I was in area 217 and there was nothing close to our area. I walk with a cane and can't walk long distances comfortably. That is the only negative I found. Please bring more Christian music artists to the Premier Center. Thank you.
Mercy Me is a wonderful group! They performed from 7:00pm until 10:30pm!!! Their music is beautiful and the lyrics of their songs are meaningful and beautiful! They put all their energy and talent into each song!
This concert of so fun & inspiring! I hope to see them again soon!
Mercy me put on a great show. Their sound was impressive as they sounded like a new cd.
These guys are funny, talented and not afraid to reach out on a personal level. The graphics were so cool. Love, Love, Love these guys and their message.
Mercy Me members were humble and lifted up Jesus in all the songs and testimonies !! Fun and uplifting !!
I totally am glad I got to see Sam Wesley, Natalie Grant and Mercy Me. I didn't know much about them, except for "I Can Only Imagine"movie and song. Looking forward to "I Can Only Imagine 2"in February 2026. I never had the opportunity to see any of them before in person. Everything was great, well worth the 320 miles round trip time! I'm looking forward to catching them again. Short n Sweet
I have been to seven MercyMe Concerts. They are the best and I will go seven more times if I have the opportunity. They are talented, funny, and give great messages about faith through their songs. I can't imagine a better concert.
Thanks for coming to COMO..you filled the house with..fans, great music and the Holy Spirit showed up!! Thanks for including us on your tour..
First, Sam Wesley and Natalie Grant did a great job as opening acts. This is the third time I've seen MercyMe and they never disappoint. Been to hundreds of shows but MercyMe is my favorite. There was only ONE problem, and it was with the venue "Mizzou Arena". Whoever designed this venue needs a smack in the mouth. I purchased tickets months in advance to choose where my seats were. Right off the main concourse on the first row so that the only steps my elderly guests had were the five steps to the row. The venue closed off the section and "upgraded"is to the lower level. The only way to get in and out of this level was to go down and then back up a very long and steep staircase. Also no bathrooms were available on that level. No elevator. I handled it ok, but my elderly guests were forced to maneuver this staircase before and after their show, but also during the show to visit the restroom because with 2 opening acts and an intermission it was a long show. This is NOT a good venue for all ages.
