As the original legends of arena rock, few bands in existence put on a show quite like Journey. Anchored by singer Arnel Pineda's thrilling vocals and Neal Schon's unstoppable guitars, the band continues to show fans both old and new exactly how it's done as they tear through marathon sets of classics like "Don't Stop Believin'" and "Open Arms." Formed in 1973 in San Francisco from the ashes of Santana and Frumious Bandersnatch, the band has since gone through a number of lineup changes — only stalwart guitarist Neal Schon has been with every incarnation. Despite a rotating roster, the band has sold 52 million albums in the U.S., making them the eleventh best-selling band in American history. While the '70s and '80s provided them with the most commercial success, their current manifestation with Filipino singer Arnel Pineda has given them truly global breadth.

Toto was awsome, journey was an OK cover band.the concert in hartford at the xl center had much better sound
Toto and Journey tour one of the best concert, I've seen this year!
A great time watching them play all their hits from all their albums! I knew almost every song. New singer does an Awesome job! A great replacement gor perry
I felt like Arnel’s voice was straining. I would have preferred they lower the key than not be able to reach the high notes. I’m sure a tour is taxing on the vocal cords. They played a lot of instrumentals. Quite a few people left early. Toto, on the other hand, was spot on and had the audience on their feet and singing along the entire performance.
Journey was very disappointing. Too loud, playing over vocals. Even the lighting was obnoxious. Have never left a concert with my ears ringing. They could learn a lot from their opening act. Toto was excellent. What an impressive group of musicians!
Phenomenal event! Energy level of performers and crowd fed off each other. Every aspect of the venue outstanding - - from Bridgeport P.D. Traffic Control to Arena Security and Ushers.
Toto was a great opener, but Journey put in an absolutely amazing show. Played ALL the hits and did a fantastic job keeping the crowd engaged and energized. Would not hesitate to see them again!
What a great concert Journey put on at the Total Mortgage Arena in Bridgeport, CT. What a great X-mas gift from our children.
this is one of those concerts you need to go to at least once in your life. I’ve been to 15 concerts so far- this was the best.
Journey and Toto were wonderful. I wish Journey had introduced the drummer and backup guitar player. A bit too much of the lead guitar solo. Toto focused on all the band members not just 1/2 of them. They were awesome. The Total Mortgage Arena was awesome and organized as were the Bridgeport Police.
Concert was really good. Toto played for an hour and did many of their hits. Journey played for almost 2 hours, did most of their old hits and sounded great. Getting to the Total Mortgage Arena in Bridgeport was a traffic nightmare. Stuck in traffic within .2 miles of venue for almost an hour. The venue is not able to accommodate that many people. They must have many less at the hockey games. The hallways were packed with people, you could barely move. Getting food/drink was a ridiculous wait. I probably would not go back there again for a concert.
Very nice time. Would do it again. Close proximity to Brewport and Great pizza to kick off the nite!
We'd been looking forward to this concert since buying our tickets 6 months ago! We were not disappointed! The band was in top form and sounded great. After 16 years, Arnel still brings his heart, soul, and energy as the front man for the band. They performed hit after hit and had the entire stadium on their feet rocking. I plan on seeing them again in 2025!
This concert was amazing everything from start to finish....2nd tine seeing Toto even better than the first and Journey where Amazing can't wait for the next
This was the first time going to a concert using a mobile entry system. I was so nervous that something was going to happen. It was very reassuring to get emails telling me to keep checking the app and that the tickets were there. When we arrived at the entrance I had the tickets opened and very quickly the attendant scanned them and then said, Enjoy the Show! I even asker her if that was all we had to do and she said yes! It was also the first time using the lots outside the Total Mortgage Arena which are cashless, so using a credit card for parking was new to me. That went so quickly I could not believe it. All the attendant did was hold the card to his devise and then told me I was all set! The parking was wherever you wanted inside the lines and at the end of the night al of the openings in the gates were opened and everyone flowed out seamlessly. We got inside and found our seats and enjoyed the concert and it brought back so many memories when my wife and I were dating as teenagers! From parking to entry to leaving the parking lot after the concert, we were never more pleased with the experience! Journey was better than we expected because of the new singer but we both agreed that he actually was better than Steve Perry and what a showman! That Journey concert has to be the best concert that we have been to.
Seats were way overpriced. Seats themselves were just Folding chairs they must’ve borrowed from the church next-door. Didn’t matter cause you had to stand the whole time anyway in order to see anything including the screens. Toto and journey, however, were fantastic. Would’ve enjoyed the show much more in a better venue. Or at a reasonable price. Pre-paid for parking across the street. when we got there 45 minutes before the show the parking lots were full because the attendants let everybody park however they wanted. Probably could’ve parked another 200 cars in those lots if they were parked properly. Again, music was amazing. The rest of it sucked. They even ran out of T-shirts.
Toto was great, but when Journey came on and Arnell Was awesome. everyone was screaming so loud you could hardly hear them, But he has an excellent voice!!! I can tell you right now is an excellent performer and sounds just like Steve Perry. Journey sounds exactly as they did many many years ago!! I’m going to see them again in July at Hersheypark with Def Leppard and the Steve Miller band!! Planning better lol can’t wait
Both ToTo and Journey were amazing! I loved every minute!
Toto was great. We thought the Journey portion of the show was a lot louder than it needed to be. The loudness of the instruments overpowered the vocals.
The Toto and Journey concert was a sellout. sound quality was fine. Just don't understand the no bottlecap rule for water and soda.
