Jacksonville Jaguars Team History
The Jacksonville Jaguars joined the NFL in 1993 along with the Carolina Panthers, bringing the NFL’s total franchise number to 30. In their inaugural season in 1995, the Jaguars became the first expansion team in NFL history to record a .500-or-better division record in its first season. Since their inaugural season, the Jaguars have won two division championships and have made eight playoff appearances.

Since their inaugural season in 1995, the Jacksonville Jaguars have played their home games at EverBank Stadium in downtown Jacksonville, Florida, along the St. Johns River. The 67,814-capacity stadium opened in 1995 as Jacksonville Municipal Stadium, then underwent numerous renovations and name changes (to Alltel Stadium in 1997, EverBank Field in 2010, TIAA Bank Field in 2018, and EverBank Stadium in September 2023).

This was my first time attending a NFL game. It was easy purchasing the ticket for the game. Thank you for the reminders that kept me aware of the upcoming event and for offering to sale my ticket if needed. It was convenient checking in at the game with my ticket in the app. I didn’t have to worry about losing the ticket. Thank you for making my first experience attending a NFL game a smooth process.
Fans are nasty, cruel and inconsiderate. I have been to many NFL games and have never had a bad experience. This was quite an experience. My husband and I brought my eight-year-old grandson to the game. We will never bring him to a game in Jacksonville again. ☹️
Seats were Awesome, view was great, weather was beautiful, the atmosphere was perfect. Only thing that stunk was the Jaguars. Wish it was a better game, but there is no guarantee for that.
Even though I am a huge Green Bay Packer fan I had a great time with my son and two of my Grandsons.
Jaguars vs Falcons: Victory for the Falcons (RISE UP). Great fan support for both teams. Great interactions with opposing fans. Great overall.
Great time. Stadium was great! Great seats even in upper level. We were row J. Friendly people every where. We would definitely come back. Traffic going down on the 95 sucked tho.

We loved the outcome of our Niners winning the game. The stadium was hard to get to in regards to parking. The stadium seemed rather clean as much as it can be with thousands in attendance. Tickets were in a good place.

Everything was great at the game but the mishandled traffic situation afterwards was horrible! We were stuck in the city for 45 minutes trying to get to I95 along with many, many other vehicles coming from the game!
The home team, Jaguars put on a defensive display that rocked the NFL world! And I was there to see it unfold.
Service inline was unorganized and extremely slow -- Food and drink cost is way to high -- The facility is clean and well taken care over --Check-in was fast and easy - but a lot of room for service improvements on the food and drink side
Everything went great except my team lost. E-tickets worked well, even though I had concerns. We got there early and didn't have any traffic issues. Had a great time tailgating with the Buffalo Mafia. Everyone we met was very nice, both Jaguar and Bills fans. Really enjoyed to flyby. Overall a great experience. Thanks!

My husband and I do NFL stadium tours and really enjoyed Jacksonville. The stadium was clean with plenty of food to choose from and tons of souveniers. I really wish warm weather states would play day games in the late afternoon. The sun was brutal. Most people went inside to watch the game on TVs. Defiently one of our favorite older stadiums. Downtown Jacksonville needs a lot of work. So much ppotential.
I’m a titans fan and I go every year in Jacksonville. I enjoy going but it everytime I go there’s gotta be somebody that wants to start something to me for the team I support. A lot of jag fans are very hostile. I understand we’re rivals but there’s no need to be rude about it. I cheer for my team just as you cheer for your 0-20 team.
Saw Jags for first time. Was a 1:00 game with beautiful weather in mid 80's and lower humidity. Absolutely no shade in this stadium for a 1:00 game! Jags not a good football team so made the afternoon even rougher. Maybe a 4:00 game would be better or later in the season.
0-5 but we still enjoyed cheering for our Jags. Everyone we encountered, be it staff, vendors, workers and fans, were all friendly and courteous. Really. Bonus: during National Anthem all players stood, visiting team as well. Only bummer was the hotdogs sucked big time. On the other hand, the beer was excellent.
I'm very bias here, but I had a blast. Home opener and everything was on point!
