About

With 10 multi-platinum albums and 16 Top 30 hits, FOREIGNER is universally hailed as one of the most popular rock acts in the world with a formidable musical arsenal that continues to propel sold-out tours and album sales, now exceeding 80 million.

Responsible for some of rock and roll's most enduring anthems including "Juke Box Hero," "Cold As Ice," "Hot Blooded," "Waiting For A Girl Like You," "Feels Like The First Time," "Urgent," "Head Games," "Say You Will," "Dirty White Boy," "Long, Long Way From Home" and the worldwide #1 hit, "I Want To Know What Love Is," FOREIGNER still rocks the charts more than 40 years into the game with massive airplay and continued Billboard Top 200 album success. Audio and video streams of FOREIGNER's hits are approaching 15 million per week.

With more Top 10 songs than Journey and as many as Fleetwood Mac, FOREIGNER also features strongly in every category in Billboard's "Greatest of All Time" listing. At times, the band's weekly catalog sales have eclipsed those of Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, the Rolling Stones, the Who, Def Leppard, Van Halen, Aerosmith, and most of their Classic Rock peers (Source:MusiConnect). FOREIGNER's catalog sales were recently celebrated in Business Insider as hitting the Top 40 among the Best Selling Music Artists of All Time.

FOREIGNER's founder is Songwriters Hall of Fame member Mick Jones, a visionary maestro whose stylistic songwriting, indelible guitar hooks, and multi-layered talents continue to escalate FOREIGNER's influence and guide the band to new horizons. Jones reformed the band after a 2002 hiatus and selected lead singer Kelly Hansen to help write an inspired new chapter in the history of FOREIGNER. One of rock's greatest showmen, Hansen is among the most respected, consummate professionals in rock and roll. With a 40-year career that spans almost every area of music, from the role of lead vocalist to producing and engineering, Hansen has led FOREIGNER into the digital age while inspiring a whole new generation of fans.

FOREIGNER's lineup also includes noted Dokken bassist Jeff Pilson, Michael Bluestein on keyboards, guitarist Bruce Watson, Chris Frazier on drums and guitarist Luis Carlos Maldonado. An unprecedented new level of energy led the group to a re-emergence of astounding music that speaks to FOREIGNER's enduring popularity.

FOREIGNER recently announced the beginning of their Farewell Tour on national television. The tour will commence on July 6th, 2023 in Atlanta, GA and is expected to take two years or so to complete. The goal is to visit all the cities where the band has played since its reformation in 2004.

    The Soundtrack of My Youth

by Kelster on 5/19/24Canada Life Centre - Winnipeg

Foreigner put on an amazing incredibly high-energy show. In just shy of 2 hours they played all their hits. I can't remember ever seeing a concert where I knew every single song. There was a slight glitch with the sound so they had to take a short break to fix it but it didn't take away from the show. The second last song was the moment everyone was waiting for when they brought on a local high school choir to back them up on I Want to Know What Love Is. That was a show-stopper. This was their farewell tour. I am so glad to have seen them. Thank you for scoring the sound track of my youth.

Overall it was a good experience

The ticket scanners were nice and the security were OK. The venues were closed so it made finding a good meal a challenge.

Great to see this band live

by Migo on 5/19/24Canada Life Centre - Winnipeg

The songs we grew up listening too. Great to hear them live and the show was amazing. Only downside was the sound was not the best, they seemed to fix it half way through.

    Great concert

by T-bone on 5/17/24Westoba Place at the Keystone Centre - Brandon

The concert was great , the lineup to get into the concert awful, we waited over a half hour outside in a line up and missed over half of the head pins

    Retired

by Gimliwood on 5/17/24Westoba Place at the Keystone Centre - Brandon

Concert was fantastic. However, getting into the venue was horrible, took 45 minutes. Also, our seats were at the top beside concourse, several loud drunk people did not make for a great atmosphere. In my opinion several of those people were way overserved!

    Foreigner and Headpins

by Spud on 5/17/24Westoba Place at the Keystone Centre - Brandon

First time seeing Foreigner. They put on an awesome show! Lots of energy and great sound quality. Have seen the Headpins many times over the years and they never disappoint. I believe they had even more energy than before! Great job by both bands. Will definitely be looking forward to seeing them again.

    Foreigner killed it!

by Metalmaiden on 5/14/24SaskTel Centre - Saskatoon

Foreigner was fantastic! Last time I saw them, was at Graspop Metal Meeting in 2022 in Belgium. This show was better as they were the headliners...they played all my favs like dirty white boy, hot blooded and urgent. I hope to see them again in the future. Kelly Hansen, is one of the best lead singers, I have ever seen perform. He really steals the show, he always reminds me of Steve Tyler from Aerosmith...the way he moves and his mannerisms are very similar. He makes me want to see Foreigner, at least a 100 more times. He is a great front man for the band!

    Energy

by Mama Rocker on 5/14/24SaskTel Centre - Saskatoon

The band rocked the show. They brought constant energy which was amazing to feel and see. My only reason for not giving a full 5 stars was the sound was somewhat distorted. Not the bands fault. Either the sound crew was having trouble or it’s just the space itself.

    Meh concert especially opening act

by Shonna on 5/14/24SaskTel Centre - Saskatoon

The opening act was subpar. Really didn’t set the mood Paid full price and then hear you were selling tickets for 1/4 of my cost. Makes me think to hold off buying in advance for average concert calls
