    Couldn’t hear anything

by Miriamfs on 11/4/23Ball Arena - Denver

Very expensive parking, couldn't hear anything the announcers said. Sound was awful for every video played. Not good. Concessions too expensive.

Always a good time at Ball

by AVSFAN on 11/4/23Ball Arena - Denver

We always have a great experience at Ball Arena, the staff is great and friendly, the facilities are spotless. They even singled my fiancé out to give her a birthday button when it was known that we were there to celebrate. Wish we were closer to go to more games!

    Greedy owner

by Mad monk on 10/24/23Ball Arena - Denver

This is starting out to be a tough deal. You see I love the AVS. Last three years I have had season tickets. This year the greedy owner who is worth 19.8 billion Dollars, evidently felt that wasn’t enough money and raised the price of season tickets 43%. Long story short, I refuse to support a greedy owner, nor should any other loyal AVS fans.

    Disappointed

by Disappointed on 10/22/23Ball Arena - Denver

Purchased tickets and sent an email to Fanimal asking where the seats are row were?! They “claimed” that it was on their website that the it was SRO - standing room only! Well, I took a screenshot and no it wasn’t!! 😡

    Avs Experience

by Stoney on 10/22/23Ball Arena - Denver

I really enjoy watching hockey, and the Avs. The skating speed they displayed on opening night was a lot of fun to watch. Their skill is top notch. But at over 70 years old, I’d like to see them turn the volume down a little on the music, and ambient noise. I left the game smiling, but with a headache.

    Great time

    by Lino15 on 10/4/23Ball Arena - Denver

The Ball Center is a fantastic place to see a game. Great food selection and prices are generally reasonable for a stadium. Winning in OT didn’t hurt either.

Here to looking ahead for the 2023-2024 season

by Tammy on 5/3/23Ball Arena - Denver

The playoffs were obviously a disappointment for both fans and the team. We will all just need to dust off the past year and look ahead to next season. Avs clearly have the fan base, experience and the ability to succeed and win. Mistakes were made, it’s what they do moving forward that will be help them get back to the success and team we know the Avs are capable of being.

    Poor Acoustics

by Mark on 4/29/23Ball Arena - Denver

We sat in an upper 300 level seats on east side about center ice. The acoustics were so poor that was impossible to hear anything from the speakers, nor the refs whistles. The only thing that you could hear clearly was the puck hitting the glass. I will never get seats in that location again.

    Robbed

by James on 4/26/23Ball Arena - Denver

Nowhere in the buying process did it state they were Standing Room Only and not seats. The camera views were not helpful during the buying process as it didn’t show the handicap row would completely block your view of the ice even standing. We didn’t see SRO until we accepted our tickets and at that point it was too late. I wish I could chalk it up to I went to fast and missed it but I spent time trying to figure out the cost difference between sections and I really wish I would have spent less for one row up to have seats. Lasted 10 minutes and went home to watch from our couch

    It was okay

    by S. G. on 4/21/23Ball Arena - Denver

Section 349 Row 3 Seat 1 has an obstructed view that was not listed in the ticket sale.

Fan Appreciation Night Was a Night to Remember

by Neo on 4/16/23Ball Arena - Denver

The last home game of the regular season was a night to remember. The Avs treat fan to a fantastic show with a win against the Jets to win the 2 important points. There were tons of giveaways. The crowd was wild and the atmosphere was electric.

    Great entertainment for a price

    by sunflow713 on 4/16/23Ball Arena - Denver

I love the Colorado Avalanche and love watching live events here. Good seating choices and view of the main stage or center ice/court, good atmosphere, decent concessions. You're gonna pay a little extra to park nearby or for any food or drink but it's convenient. They never give out anything free for hockey games, even on fan appreciation nights. That's the only missing part of the experience, considering every away game I've gone to in other states, I've gotten something free from the visiting arena like a t shirt, a bag, a towel, etc.

    Great Game

    by JB#1AVSFAN on 4/4/23Ball Arena - Denver

The game was really good one of the buggest games of the year at that point in the season. Nothing to complain about other than the price of beer.

    Oblivious fans ruining the experience

by Sad Dad on 4/4/23Ball Arena - Denver

I'm going to stop wasting money taking my kids to sporting events. So many adults acting like juveniles and yelling swear words nonstop with no respect to kids around them absolutely ruins it. My 9 year old asked me if we could leave.

    Let’s Go Wild

by WildBoxguy on 4/3/23Ball Arena - Denver

A great night for my wife and I. There were so many Wild fans at the game it felt like home at the X. All of the Avalanche fans were great and fun to be around. Of course winning the game was a plus. It was a great experience and if we meet in the playoffs we’ll be back again.
