Broadway Etiquette
by E. Lopez on 4/29/24McAllen Performing Arts Center - McAllenThe show was fantastic! Great production but it was so sad to be surrounded by people who do not know about theatre etiquette. I have attended shows in other cities, even New York and never have I seen such disrespect. Ushers should not allowed attendees who are extremely late (some even 25 minutes) to use their phones as flashlights and talk while looking for their spot. It is unfair for us who make it on time and then can’t even see or hear the production. I have lived in the valley all my life and I am so excited to have entertainment such as this so close to home. I just wish the people who attend would be more courteous and respectful.
