About

For English metalcore act Asking Alexandria, years of extensive touring paid off in 2013 when their third album From Death to Destiny debuted at No. 5 on The Billboard 200. Tapped by Korn as a supporting act on their 2013 tour, Asking Alexandria quickly earned a reputation for their amped up live show, resulting in a series of headlining concerts with Sevendust, All That Remains, and others. The band's touring success in 2013 continued an already-successful run on the road ā€“ in 2012, fans clamored for tickets for their sold-out club dates in North America and the U.K., which drew praise for their mosh pit-inducing energy. Asking Alexandria's roots go back to 2003, when guitarist Ben Bruce helmed the group's first incarnation in Dubai. In 2008, Bruce returned home to England and formed an entirely new group, while retaining the Asking Alexandria name. After signing with indie label Sumerian, the band released its debut album Stand Up and Scream in 2009, and followed it up in 2011 with Reckless & Relentless, which peaked at No. 9 on The Billboard 200. Asking Alexandria's current lineup includes Bruce, vocalist Danny Worsnop, guitarist Cameron Liddell, bassist Sam Bettley, and drummer James Casells.

    Felt like a kid again

by Ethan on 5/14/24Revolution Concert House & Event Center - Garden City

Genuinely one of the best nights of my life! I felt like a teenager again, until I stayed a minute too long in the pit šŸ˜‚. Looking forward to seeing them again in the future.

    Good concert

by AAAstar on 5/14/24Revolution Concert House & Event Center - Garden City

I knew most of the songs that they played so I had a very good time. It had a good balance of their more heavy songs to their lighter modern songs.

by Sophi on 5/13/24Steelhouse Omaha - Omaha

They put on an amazing show, second opener literally crowd surfed and they played the most amazing songs ever, a mix of old and new stuff. Lead singer is a really funny guy and made inbetween time so entertaining and had a great personality, they sounded amazing

    Amazing so glad I went

by Larry Allen on 5/11/24The Depot - Salt Lake City

I purchased 3 tickets at last minute my friends bailed I wasnā€™t going to go but instead decided 2 tickets wasted is better than 3. Met some cool people there enjoyed what I could of the mosh pit. Iā€™m a little old now so itā€™s not as easy. But I definitely found it to be a great time and the bands still rock even to this day. Only improvement I would suggest is put an extra ID checker on the 2nd floor where the beer is. It was a scavenger hunt trying to get a beer then transferring funds cause Applepay isnā€™t accepted, so I moved stuff around to my discover debit, that also wasnā€™t accepted, so I went to the atm ā€¦ cash also not accepted. Then i found the cash to card guy and he was my final step to getting a drink. Haha good times

Not the venue for a big name rock concertā€¦

by Disappointed on 5/5/24The Bluestone - Columbus

Saw AA at the Bluestone in Columbus on 5/1/24. I was so excited to see them as they had cancelled twice previously at Ink and shocked to see they were playing a small venue like the Bluestone. It was definitely sold out but I was not impressedā€¦ There were 4 bands on the bill and I donā€™t know if the sound people just sucked or the acoustics arenā€™t ideal for a rock show, but they all sounded awful. Couldnā€™t hear the singers over the music all night unless they were screaming. As for the venue itself, it was beautiful, but thatā€™s about it. It was hot as hell on the floor, up in the balcony, and especially in the bathrooms. $5 for a bottle of water lol and no idea what alcohol cost was because I wasnā€™t drinking.
