For English metalcore act Asking Alexandria, years of extensive touring paid off in 2013 when their third album From Death to Destiny debuted at No. 5 on The Billboard 200. Tapped by Korn as a supporting act on their 2013 tour, Asking Alexandria quickly earned a reputation for their amped up live show, resulting in a series of headlining concerts with Sevendust, All That Remains, and others. The band's touring success in 2013 continued an already-successful run on the road – in 2012, fans clamored for tickets for their sold-out club dates in North America and the U.K., which drew praise for their mosh pit-inducing energy. Asking Alexandria's roots go back to 2003, when guitarist Ben Bruce helmed the group's first incarnation in Dubai. In 2008, Bruce returned home to England and formed an entirely new group, while retaining the Asking Alexandria name. After signing with indie label Sumerian, the band released its debut album Stand Up and Scream in 2009, and followed it up in 2011 with Reckless & Relentless, which peaked at No. 9 on The Billboard 200. Asking Alexandria's current lineup includes Bruce, vocalist Danny Worsnop, guitarist Cameron Liddell, bassist Sam Bettley, and drummer James Casells.
Great venue, loved the bands. Had an excellent time!
The other bands were cool, but AA was so amazing! I love them so much! Hopefully they come back to Buffalo soon!
From ashes to new was amazing, asking Alexandria missing a member of their band is unfortunate however they were still great and got the crowd going! Only thing I didn’t enjoy was the super bright lights during asking Alexandria shining in our eyes. I couldn’t even watch the performance because of this. Otherwise, it was a great show!
First time I ever go to a concert it was a very nice experience being introduced to other bands and new music I've never heard of each band performed so amazing, but to see an OG band like Asking Alexandria one of my favorite bands growing up as a teen started listening to them when I was 13 and to see them as an adult at 28 with my girlfriend is such a beautiful moment I won't ever forget. To see them up very close we got such a very good view too was so dope we still look back at our videos we took from that concert it was so worth the price they didn't disappoint at all they put on a hell of a show Asking Alexandria forever🤘🏻🖤 shoutout to the other bands as well Archers, The Word Alive, Memphis Mayfire all put on a hell of a show I will definitely see AA again
Band holds really well, and heating some of the older songs was great
Epic show! Had VIP with Memphis May Fire & they were down right earth & kind! Enjoyed every minute of thr concert!
The Belasco was a great venue. The bands and their shows where great!
Show was insane loved it can't wait for them to come back
Every band was amazing especially the openers Archers. Got to meet both Asking Alexandria and Archers.
I love the location HOB (House of Blue, Las Vegas )is such a great venue and the band lineup was amazing!! Asking Alexandria was such a great show and I even got a drumstick from Cassells!! Such a great night and experience
All 4 bands were amazing! Discovered a new ( to me) band, Archers....and saw 3 of my favorites!!!
Front row on the rail is the only way to experience this band!! This was my third time seeing them this year.
The show was amazing 🤩. I had such a great time there . I feel revived and got a lot of stress off my chest.
Archers, The Word Alive, Memphis May Fire, and Asking Alexandria were all great as expected. Iron City however, needs to fire their sound engineer. Microphones not turned on or turned low, drums drowning out all other instruments. Seen better sound engineering at local shows.
Overall a great show! I've seen them at this venue before, and there was plenty of space and short lines to get drinks/merch/restrooms. I know Danny's voice isn't the same as it used to be, but there was a weird acoustic set of songs during the middle of their show. I'm glad I got to hear their older songs, thanks to their guitarist/backign vocals, but that def threw me off.
AA and Memphis blew us away. Lot of energy. Would see them again.
The audio engineer had everything out of balance. I couldn't hear the lead vocalist of the headliner. There was no where to buy ear plugs, I did get a pair from a band member. Even after wearing earplugs I still have hearing loss. Worst show I have been to, quality wise.
lots of cross surfing to watch out on but all nice
Great show. All the bands kicked total a$$. Top to bottom it was a good time.
What an amazing concert ! I brought my boyfriend and it was his first concert. I went to see Asking Alexandria in April with my friend and had to go see them again. They played a lot of their older songs which was fantastic. It was a night full of , as the title says tasty riffs and filthy breakdowns . Will definitely be going to see them again !
