by Jude on 8/5/23Alicia looked fabulous and her audience interaction, solo singing and light show were wonderful. The biggest issue was that the band was way to loud and low thumping got in the way so you couldn't hear Alicia singing. I do not understand how the sound people can't tell themselves and fix the issue. If this is there job, why should it happen.

Alicia’s fan interaction is great and of course those vocals are a powerhouse. The energy and vibe of the show was positive, uplifting and I can’t wait for her to tour again.

I felt like VIP got some really great pics of Alicia keys 😀This was our first time ever attending a concert in our entire life’s and we had a great time! Great experience. The only thing I would recommend for improvement is more spacing between seats. The gentleman sitting next to me was giving off so much body heat I felt like I was sitting next to a heater the forum was also a bit warm but tolerable. Some adequate personal space of at least a foot between seats would feel more comfortable other than that all was an out of this world experience 😜

by BH on 8/5/23Just wished Simi had played a bit longer and AK came out sooner. We arrived at 6:30 and waited until 9:30 before the show really got started. Too long in between..... Alicia sounded and looked beautiful. Just not a whole show with the big break.

Alicia Keys is extremely talented and beautiful inside and out. It was truly a masterpiece and a blessing to see her perform🌟

by JBL on 8/5/23I absolutely loved the concert! Alicia Keys is a wonderful and talented performer. I would definitely see her again. Area of improvement has to do with Kia Forum. Doors were to open and 7 pm but didn’t open until 7:45 pm. That’s a long time for people to wait without the use of a restroom. Elderly people had no where to sit and no one informed us of the reason for the delay or expected time for the doors to open. No one apologized.

Kudos for performing a long list of songs, abbreviating some of them in order to include the long set list. The round the stage setting was different and certainly suited her genre of music though the bass was over powering. A couple of levels of lower bass intensity would have brought out the nuances of the songs better. The Kia Forum was the prefect setting for her and she delivered !

The sound system was great and Alicia sings and sounds as beautifully as always - she sang so many songs…. all of my favorites! It was an amazing concert and a 5 star evening!!!
