by henri on 8/5/23It was great to Ms. Keys in person after so many years, but it was not fun to keep us waiting an hour , then you don't mention why we waited that long..... seeing your son was also a fun experience. Overall, we would see Ms. Keys again in a smaller arena and hope she will be more respectful of her fans by coming on in a timely manner.

by ladyamoff on 8/5/23We waited 1.5 hours to see Alicia. Only of 30 minutes of those had entertainment and the rest there was nothing. No music. Not even a DJ. So disappointing. Took off one star for that. Once Alicia got on it was a great concert! She did give full energy and a great concert.

by AnnG-La on 8/5/23The overall experience was “okay”. I did enjoy the pre show festivities. However, i was disappointed mainly at the fact they opened the doors 40+ minutes late. The show was 1.5 hrs late, which i understand is probably the norm: however, while we were waiting in the arena, we had to listen to dreadful “elevator music”. At least have some upbeat artist filled music while we are waiting for the main performance. Otherwise, Alicia Keys performance was wonderful!

by 411 on 8/5/23After the opening act, she made us wait an hour and 15 minutes before she came on. You can tell she doesn’t value our time. The sound mixing of the show was very poor. The bass from the synthesizer and drums over powered the other instruments, and sometimes her voice. The guitar couldn’t even be heard. Why bother having it on stage at all. The bass guitar was also hard to pick up. Even during guitar and bass solos, they were overshadowed by the synthesizer bass.

by Erica on 8/5/23I am sooo happy I purchased tickets for Alicia’s concert. Out of all the concerts I have been to Alicia’s performance was the BEST. Her stage presence, engagement with the crowd, and song selection was outstanding. I would definitely consider seeing her every time she tours!

by Chris on 8/5/23After the opening act, the crowd had to wait in silence for almost an hour and 30 minutes. So needless to say, I was pissed! But when Alicia finally came on, she made it well worth the wait. Her voice is amazing! If you think she sounds good on recordings and music videos, wait until you hear her live! Her voice is so soulful and powerful! Also her piano playing, and stage presence/performance is second to none! I really enjoyed the show!
