Amalie Arena made this an amazing expierence. The stage was cool as hell, Every band except Falling In Reverse is great, and it was just super nice Ronnie Radke is cringe though, so I dock off a star for him
All the bands nailed it. Even the outside bands were great. Cool to see TPR again and always love seeing Breaking Benjamin!!
I came mainly for The Pretty Reckless. The area was nice. The concert was awesome. The venue was super nice. Way bigger than I thought it would be.
My husband is wheelchairbound and we love going to 98Rock Fest because it's completely accessible for him. Our second time going and we had such an amazing time! The energy, the music, we were definitely rockin' out.
This concert was great! Well aside from the Bad Wolves performance, which was beyond a level of cringe I could even imagine. Its sad to see a bad use pre-recorded vocals of an artist they kicked to the curb because the new lead singer is so bad. They could t get the crowd going and the performance was laughable at best. Beartooth killed it! I've not had the chance to see them live and it was very enjoyable. The icing on the cake was Falling in Reverse stealing the show! We have waited a long time to be able to see them and let me just say it wasn't enough time. Great energy. As aleays we love going to Amalie Arena! Staff is always very friendly and kind. We will always go back!
The show was great but there were so many open seats i would have gladly paid more for had they been available. It sucks to have a big bar in the way of the screen to see when there are hundreds of open seats from scalpers buying them and no one shows up

The only good bands playing were The Pretty Reckless and Falling in Reverse. Opening bands were awful and left before Breaking Benjamin played since all their music sounds the same. TPR and FIR were both incredible though!

To be able to pay one price and see all these amazing bands in one show is an amazing experience. I bring my kids every year, and we really look forward to this event each and every year!
Five groups performed. Of the Five, only Falling in Reverse had decent sound support. The sound support for Breaking Benjamin was terrible.
Overall, the bands put on fantastic performances. However, the sound company apparently did not provide the artists' sound engineers with a quality setup. Every band that performed indoors sounded pretty bad. The Pretty Reckless got the brunt of the bad experience. You could barely hear the vocals and there was constant feedback. I haven't seen or heard anyone from 98Rock or otherwise comment on it thus far; honestly, that makes it worse.
FALLING IN REVERSE WAS WORTH EVERY BIT OF BURNING THAT I GOT FROM THE SUN AND BEARTOOTH WAS AMAZING TOO
I had a great time. The only thing I was upset about was that it was freezing in there. But other then that I had a great time .
Whoever did the sound tech work for this concert should be fired. The sound was awful, and I’m sure the reason Falling in Reverse had to cancel their Orlando concert is 100% because Ronnie had to practically scream into the mic to be heard. The awful sound production ruined the entire experience for me.
The band's came on time and performed accordingly. They came through with an awesome performance!
The lineup was good, unfortunately, the sound was really off. While we were not that close, it was hard to listen to. Additionally, during a "wedding" arena announcements were made over the big screen making it impossible to hear either going on.
Seemed to be sound quality issues all night. The pretty reckless was borderline impossible to listen which was unfortunate because that’s who I bought the ticket to see. They fixed it somewhat for the last 2 bands at least and they were good.
Missed the outside free show. Inside the only band that could be heard properly was Falling in Reverse. All the others either had feedback or you could not hear or understand the singer. It was disappointing compared to previous years.
I felt like i spent so much money and the bands played like 4 songs it was the shortest concert I've ever been too ! Beartooth also blew the hole show away ! They did the best ever and i came for falling in reverse and was super disappointed with them
