We were in the upper bowl (200 section) and the sound was terrible. There was an echo or there was a delay somewhere so you couldn't hear the words that anyone was saying or singing. We left before the concert was even over.
It was alright but I bought the ticket to see lil durk and there was no lil durk.
I went to the jingle ball last year and it was ten times better than this year. The acts were better, the music was better and the overall atmosphere was better. It felt like it was put together last second.
We loved it! Great variety of performances/performers!
First time going! Disappointed with how they hyped up a surprise guest and brought on an imposter taylor swift…so not cool. Loved entertainers especially Jelly Roll and Flo Rida and loved the feel of christmas season and free holiday swag! (Jelly Roll’s appearance was what got me to purchase tickets;)! He did not disappoint!!
Usher barely sang at all but Flo rida did a great job!
Jelly Roll and Flo Rida were the best. Flo Rida engaged with audience by going all the way into the audience. Usher disappointed with. Not much singing (audience and background singer's) and no dance moves. Some performers did not show and they replaced with other. KP did a great job but was expecting special guest to be from Detroit and known by all. Would not have spent the money if would have known how it would have been.
It was ok, it was just too much of a mixed bag of performers. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re going to see only one of the performers.
After attending last years Jingle Ball we were very excited for this year. Usher was a disappointment. He played for 35 minutes and didn’t play a few of his big hits. Jelly Roll, Flo Rida and Big Time Rush were awesome! The other groups were ok. The radio station stunt was terrible. I do listen to them in the morning. But not anymore. I think next year a different radio station should be given the chance to host it. Overall my group had a great time. Will think about next year when the line up is released. Tickets were $125.00 and the main act sang for 35 minutes and was not that great.
The show was OK Jelly Roll had the BEST performance. Lil Durk was advertised to be there and he was NOT. The main act USHER had a MINIMUM performance at best. The GUEST appearance was Flavor Flav which was ridiculous. All in all I only enjoyed about 30 minutes of the show.
Sound quality was TERRIBLE Line up was good seats were comfortable venue was nice but the echo and sound were the worst I’ve heard!
I was highly disappointed with Usher's performance..
The first disappointment was that Lil Durk was not there without any notice or explanation. Jelly Roll and Flo Rida had an energetic set that was the highlight of the night. My main purpose for attending the concert was to see Usher who did not have a band or any dancers. He sounded great when he decided to belt out a tune but he had the audience singing the songs, not what I paid for at all. I’ve seen him previously and I know that this is not the caliber of showmanship that he has. But I was left feeling extremely underwhelmed.
Jelly Roll and Flo-Rida weee the best. Hands down. We had a large group with us for a fun night out. There were way too many “commercial style” breaks which we did not expect. Usher….. I have been waiting years to see him and it was so clear he did not want to be there. He did not dance. He barely sang, left the audience to sing for him. Was just such a disappointment.
Was really disappointed... Usher barely sang, had the audience do it for him. In the lineup it said Lil Durk was going to be performing and was a no show and not spoken of. Jelly Roll was AMAZING, he killed it!!
I go to A LOT of concerts, and not just one particular artist or genre. This concert was horrible. Usher was on stage for 30 minutes. It's like they bought the minimal package. Maybe this show was for their listeners, but I will not be attending again.
It was a fun experience and a great way to see several artists at once! We were very disappointed with Usher's performance, he had the crowd sing most of his songs, and did not fully sing one song. Flo Rida and Jelly Roll were both amazing! Kalii and Big Time Rush were really good too!
One of the artist that was advertised as part of the show, and the reason I bought these tickets did not preform in the show. No explanation was given at all, very disappointed.
I truly enjoyed all of thee artists. The different genres didn’t stop me from having a great time. My daughter surprised me with tickets. Sooooo glad I came. Thanks for an awesome show!!!!
Florida and Jelly Roll did great. Usher the headliner was a big let down. He did not sing one full song. He made the audience sing karaoke for most of his 5 songs.
