Definitely not what I expected and one of the performers that was supposed to be there never showed up with no refund offered

Everything was great until usher came on. His sound was off, his vibe was off. He barely performed in my opinion. I bought the tickets specifically for usher as he was on my must see bucket list but he did not live up to the hype. Jelly roll and Flo rida did not disappoint though.

It was a good experience. Flo Rida and Jelly roll killed it. I dont know what happened to Usher it was sad, because I was looking forward to him the most. I don't think some of the performers were family appropriate with their outfits and dancing.

Usher seemed tired and half perforned. He was the main attraction and his appearance seemed short!!! I was disappointed!!!

The show itself was great. Loved the photo booths and little hand outs along the way. Really glad I wasn't there to see just Usher. Felt like he was a waste of time and money. Wouldn't call what he did a performance. Flo Rida and JellyRoll were amazing!! Felt like JellyRoll didn't get as much time as the other performances though.

I felt he used that event has a practice for his performance before the superbowl and really didn't care.

I had a great time at the jingle ball. I would definitely attend next year if there are good acts. Everyone did a great job. I loved jelly roll. Usher is my favorite artist. His performance was different. I would have preferred it to be more up beat but I saw him at his Vegas show, so I guess I’m not mad like everyone else. I hope to attend this event next year.

Out of the whole show the only 2 acts that killed it was Flo Rida & Jelly Roll, and the biggest disappointment was Usher. He never sang a full song. He sang snp-its. He let his back singers and the audience sing his songs. I basically only went to see these three acts and paid all that money Usher not to even sing. Gotta say it was a let down.

Jelly Roll was A-1. Never seen him before but he was the best. Great performance. So disappointed in Usher’s performance. He didn’t even dance or do anything and the person sitting next to me went to sleep on Usher. I need a refund. Tailor Swift was not funny at all. Everyone thought it was the real Taylor. Terrible joke to play on everyone and it wasn’t funny at all.

The concert actually sucked really bad the only good performer really was Usher to me he could have performed a lot longer the only reason I enjoyed I sure was because my cousin is his piano player if it wasn't for the fact that my cousin came to town I never would have went to that concert it was a waste of my money

My dream is watch G-idle. The day dream become true. And also little caesars arena is a good stadium. It is convenience and can eat some food inside, and staff is freindly to help me find my seat.

I have been wanting to go to the Jingle Ball concert for many years! We were up in the balcony and the acoustics were so awful that we could barely follow the lyrics. We saw Maroon 5 a few years ago and it was the same. We won’t be going there again for another concert. :( Flo Rida was amazing and so was Jelly Roll. Unfortunately Usher did not sing one of his fast songs and it was a let down. He should still understand that’s what the people wanted to hear!

This was an amazing pre-Christmas present for my girls, age 9, and age 21. Thank you channel 9.55 for an amazing experience with them. Capital one you rock!!! The show started off okay. Then out of nowhere you realize one of the artist never even came out and we still haven't gotten an explanation as to why, then Usher let us down. His performance was nothing like what anyone had expected. Best act of the night jelly roll and Flo Rida for sure.

The event was nice overall, some of the security staff were not very nice when it came to me having a medical bag. Most of the acts were great, however, Usher didn’t sing half of his songs and the backup vocalists carried the set.

Usher was the main reason why I bought a ticket and he didn't even sing, I could have kept my money and stayed home and did karaoke with my friends

I appreciate what they were trying to do but you can tell the event is not well put together and usher was just horrible

What a bummer this was such a waste of money. It was my first jingle ball and will definitely be my last. You could barely make out the words people were singing it was so bad and majority of the performers were painful to watch.

The event itself was great, but the sound was the most terrible experience i've ever had. We were in the two twenty five section and it was echoing so much we couldn't even understand the words of the singers. I don't know if I will ever be able to sit in that section again or even wanna go with it in that section. We did make a complaint and they said lots of people have come down there. But then nobody fixed the sound problem.

I really enjoyed myself I thought it was only to be Christmas music, which I love, but everyone was amazing, I’m really Usher #1 Fan. I really enjoyed Jelly roll, ill be on the look out for one of his concerts for sure. Never can go wrong with Big time ruth.
