  • Exciting!

Lacked organization at event, but otherwise AWESOME!

  • You get what you paid for

by DeeChip on 2/18/10Cowboys Stadium - ArlingtonRating: 4 out of 5

This stadium is amazing!! We had high seats but with that incredibly large and high def screen you feel like you have the best seat in the house! Can't go wrong with any seat in this place. Loved to be a part of something so grand and historic (largest audience for ANY basketball game). I also enjoyed the silly clips of they showed of the players doing "auditions" for Boyz II Men - HILARIOUS!!!! The only thing that was bothersome was the LONG security lines and that you can ONLY go in thru the entrance designated on your ticket. It was unfortunate that we parked on the complete opposite side of the stadium. The other thing was that they sent out an email saying that doors were going to open at 4:30 when in reality it was 5:30. So we pretty much waited outside in the cold weather for about an hour.

  • NBA ALL STAR Game In Dallas Was AWESOME!!!

    by Sharks1 on 2/18/10Cowboys Stadium - ArlingtonRating: 5 out of 5

Outrageous! What a Weekend of events. Not sure what to expect going in, but not one bit disappointed. The Stadium is GINORMOUS! The food stands amazingly plentiful and super-quick even with 108,713 patrons there. Cannot imagine any other sport's All-Star Game and events and experience being as cool!

It was an entertaining event! I think they need to have better caliber of celebrities as they have in years past like Bow Wow. They need celebrities who can actually play which would make it more entertaining.

  • NBA All-Star Practice

by Rapids on 2/18/10Dallas Convention Center - DallasRating: 4 out of 5

The NBA All-Star Practice was really great. The seating allowed all seats to be good and people were able to see the players on the court.

  • by Speezy on 2/18/10Cowboys Stadium - ArlingtonRating: 5 out of 5

It was definitely an amazing experience and there was not a bad seat in the entire stadium. With sooooo many people, you would initially think that it was overcrowded, but it was far from that. The security was great, as well as the crowd control.

  • Good event, poor seats

by dened on 2/18/10Cowboys Stadium - ArlingtonRating: 2 out of 5

The event was great. We had seats in section 145 for $ 250 each. From that place we good hardly see the playground. Since the seats were behind the stage from which Usher, Shakira and Alicia performed, we could only see them at the screens. We expected better seats for the amount paid (taken into account that we also had to travel from the Netherlands).

  • Better than the first time

by Perceptor on 2/18/10Dallas Convention Center - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

I loved the celebrity game! I was disappointed that there were some celebs that were scheduled to be there, but couldn't because of the weather, but then again some did make it like Common and Chris Tucker.

  • All Star game not all that great

    by duff011 on 2/17/10Cowboys Stadium - ArlingtonRating: 2 out of 5

Sorry to say but I was not impressed with the game at all. The court was placed at one side of the area - not in the middle. I was in section 242 and really couldn't see anything unless I looked at the screen. I have season tickets to both the Mavs and Cowboys and out of all the games that I have attened this really wasn't that great. I hope the Super Bowl experiance will be better.

  • The suites are fraud

by Anonymous on 2/17/10Cowboys Stadium - ArlingtonRating: 1 out of 5

The suite tickets were over sold and my sutie was packed. The personnel assigned to cater to customers were not familiar with suite services therefor poor service and experience. I would have been better off with a cheaper ticket in an assigned seat in the arena. What topped it off was getting charged $8.00 for 2 limes for my Corona beers.

  • It was fun!

    by Allstar1 on 2/17/10Dallas Convention Center - DallasRating: 4 out of 5

Just don't expect serious BB...it was fun to see some of the celebrities really going at it! TO is a good BB player, with his dunks. The only thing is the lines to get in were long - it's a the Jam Session. Good tip: Don't buy Jam Session tickets, just get there early on day of Celebrity game, then you can enjoy the Jam Session for free.

  • Cowboy Stadium Service Sucks

    by blackbeauty85 on 2/17/10Cowboys Stadium - ArlingtonRating: 3 out of 5

The entire event was fine however getting there was the nightmare! Dallas acted as if they had never hosted a major sporting event before. They oversold the parking lot where I purchased a parking pass weeks before the event so it totally defeated the purpose of buying one in the beginning. We left the house at 4pm for an event that started at 7 and didn't get to our seats until 8 o'clock. Traffic and accomodations were a nightmare. The stadium seating was confusing and the personnel didn't help with the seating instructions either. I don't think I'd ever go back to Dallas for another sporting event ever.

  • Boring

by recas on 2/17/10Dallas Convention Center - DallasRating: 2 out of 5

Started late and they made us wait over 1 hour in between the east and west team practices after 45 minutes of "media availability" were player are interviewed by what it looked like hundreds of reporters while you watch from the stands. You are very close to the players and you would expect for them to at least aknowledge the fans but they didn't. You see them run some drills but you don't have an idea of what they are doing, again there was litle interaction with the fans.

  • by recas on 2/17/10American Airlines Center - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

Lots of fun: Shooting Stars, Skills Challenge, 3-point contest, and the dunk contest. Very pricey seats, $$$ even for the last few rows of the upper bowl.

  • by Anonymous on 2/17/10Cowboys Stadium - ArlingtonRating: 4 out of 5

It was a great game however I wont buy Baseline tickets it'll be seats next time.

  • by recas on 2/17/10Cowboys Stadium - ArlingtonRating: 5 out of 5

Amazing experience at the Cowboy Stadium with an audiende of over 108K people. I was expecting to be a lot closer to the court as my seats were on the lower bowl on the 2nd row, but I wasn't prepared for the size of the stadium. Halftime enteratainment was a nice surprise with Shakira and Alicia Keys. Again, you can get more freebies at any regular NBA game than what we got here: just your memories.

  • by recas on 2/17/10American Airlines Center - DallasRating: 4 out of 5

Lots of fun watching the younger players againts the sophomores. Time-out and half-time entertainment acts were the same old acts that you can watch on any regular NBA game. I was expecting for at least the program to be a freebe, to save as a memento, but even that you had to buy for $10.

  • The lines to get into the stadium was uncalled for

    by BigChief73 on 2/17/10Cowboys Stadium - ArlingtonRating: 4 out of 5

Overall the event was amazing Jerry has a heck of a place unbelievable. The HD screen is awesome the food and drinks were great average price with any other stadium.Parking can get a bit overpriced but overall the event and stadium was great. My only complaint is you should not have to go in a specific gate just because your seating in certain section .You should be able to go in any gate a find your seat if you have to walk around the whole stadium to get to your seat O well most people want to check the place out anyway but waiting in those long a** lines to get in was a downer for such an AMAZING place.

  • Unforgettable

    by Butterfly50 on 2/17/10Cowboys Stadium - ArlingtonRating: 5 out of 5

Everything was great. The only issue we had is that we actually walked around the stadium twice. Everytime we asked an attendant, they always told us a different story. Out of 6 attendants only 2 told us the same thing. We actually missed Usher we did not get in our actual seats until 7:30. Outside of that everything was great.
