Cowboys Stadium is TOOO big!
by missemmylou on 2/17/10Cowboys Stadium - ArlingtonRating: 4 out of 5I am glad to have been part of the biggest crowd ever to watch a basketball game, but the stadium was just toooo big. You had to pay $50 to park a mile away! The stadium was so big that you didnt feel like you were even in the game, you couldnt even make out the players numbers on the court. We got the game on DVR and re-watched it and it was way more enjoyable of a GAME the second time around, and thats the reason for going right? To actually ENJOY the game...
NBA All-star 2010
by Lstep on 2/17/10Cowboys Stadium - ArlingtonRating: 4 out of 5The event site was incredible!!! Great venue to watch any event. The game overall was too quiet. Not enough event crowd participation or interaction from the audience. I think the PA announcer should have involved the crowd more like at normal NBA games. There should have been more music played likeable to the crowd during the game to keep the crowd excited and involved.

SRO Allstar was Joke
by cmk2010 on 2/17/10Cowboys Stadium - ArlingtonRating: 1 out of 5I had baseline plaza SRO tickets and my thinking was that I would be able to see the court or at least the jumbo tron. When our group walked there were so many people in the (endzone) are because the TNT stage was setup there and you couldn't hardly move. We could not even see the court because of all the people. We decided to walk down the hall to get closer to the court and away from the shoulder to shoulder crowd. We found a spot that was only 3 people deep so we stayed there. The problem was that the deck over head protruded out so we could not see the jumbo tron, only the court. My friends with me joked that thankfully the numbers on the jersey's were extra large or you wouldn't have know who was who because we were so far away from the court. This was a terrible experience and I hope the NBA never has another game in a football stadium. The amount of people there, the long lines to pick up tickets at will call, and the slow security lines made this for a horrific time.
All Star weekend
by Craig007 on 2/17/10Cowboys Stadium - ArlingtonRating: 4 out of 5The game was great and the stadium is amazing. Saw many stars and wonderful food to choose from, no issues with the cops or overcrowding either. Jerry spent it and we enjoyed it! Dallas is a nice place, would love to attend again. Only change would be to center the stage for performances, so everyone would have a decent view.

by Section144 on 2/17/10Cowboys Stadium - ArlingtonRating: 5 out of 5I really enjoyed the game and the new Cowboys Stadium. Everything went smoothly. I purchased a parking pass from ticketmaster. Parking and exiting were smooth. The venue was clean and the staff very courteous and professional. The HD screens were phenominal.

Great time at All-Star Game
by CowboyRita on 2/17/10Cowboys Stadium - ArlingtonRating: 4 out of 5Had a fabulous time at the NBA All-Star Game. The seats I had were a bit far from the actual court which made it a bit difficult to hear but all and all it was a great event.
NBA All star game
by Olea on 2/17/10Cowboys Stadium - ArlingtonRating: 4 out of 5The Dallas Cowboy stadium was SPECTACULAR!!!! Only problem was the metal detectors went down so there was a long wait to get in however the game was good, as well as the venue.
Cool if you dont mind not seeing the game & standn
by No2SRO on 2/17/10Cowboys Stadium - ArlingtonRating: 2 out of 5Originally I thought that getting the cheap $30 SRO tickets for the NBA All Star game was a good idea. Well I will never buy another SRO ticket for a basketball game at a football stadium. Mainly because that stadium is meant for a 100 yard field an considering that an NBA court is only a fraction of that size you cant even see anything. Coupled with the fact that even if you were lucky enough to get to a ledge you are so far away that you can barely tell who is dunking the basketball. Coupled with the fact that for the 1st 2 quarters there were no basketball sounds. You know like hearing a player's shoes squeak or hearing the ball hit the rim after a shot. Instead some Boston Celtic organist was playing all throughout the 1st half! Oh and did I mention how EXPENSIVE everything is there?! I bland margarita was $15!! The highlight was going but when I attend next year's All Star game I will definitely be sitting down and resting my back and legs..haha
NBA All-Star Experience
by TDaddy121 on 2/17/10Cowboys Stadium - ArlingtonRating: 4 out of 5I was looking forward to my first All-Star game and getting to visit Cowboys Stadium. It was a VERY impressive sight for sure. The stadium is massive and was a ok atmosphere to watch the game. The standing room only people made if difficult to get from my seat to the concessions or restroom. The weather was COLD and there was only coffee to drink as an option. All-Star game was fun and I would go again in heartbeat!
shopping for cowboy boots was great!!
by TNail on 2/17/10Cowboys Stadium - ArlingtonRating: 5 out of 5I treated my husband to a Valentines Day and NBA ALL-Star Game that he won't forget. Texas was cold as you know what, but it was so much to see and had so many different places to eat, shop and visit that 4 days just wasn't enough time for everything. The games were all great some at the American Airlines stadium, Convention Center and the New Cowboys Stadium, even though I gave away my ticket to one of my old school mates to go with my husband, I was to worn out from all the shopping and partying so I ordered roomservice and the wonderful Hotel and watched the game in the comfort of my room. I met some great people in Texas, I will see you in LA 2011.
