Chicago, at first dubbed The Chicago Transit Authority, immediately stood out due to their unique, horn-driven instrumentation and top-notch songwriting, a combination that quickly found a home on free-form FM radio in the late '60s. After 45-plus years in business, Chicago's music has never left the airwaves and the band remains on tour more often than not, playing concerts in every corner of North America. With a catalog of hits including "Saturday in the Park," "Beginnings," "If You Leave Me Now," "Baby What a Big Surprise," "You're the Inspiration," and "Hard Habit To Break," fans are always eager to snap up tickets to catch one of the most successful American rock bands in history. Four members of the group's current lineup -- vocalist/guitarist/keyboardist Robert Lamm and horn section members Lee Loughnane, James Pankow and Walter Parazaider -- date back to Chicago's formation in 1967. Even today, the band isn't just about nostalgia; Chicago continues to record new singles and albums regularly.
We LOVED it! The venue was perfect - we had founder box seats so they were AMAZING. Loved that there were two original members playing and having so much fun performing! The sound was GREAT and the vibe totally upbeat. I would definitely see them again!
The Chicago performance at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza was AWESOME! The 10 musicians in the band are all phenomenal and the entire show was high energy! Every song is a hit! It also brought back many memories from my younger days. Their music is timeless and continues to inspire. I loved the entire show!
Enjoyed seeing Chicago. Their horn section was awesome! Their music brings back a lots of good memories. If you get a chance to see them I would go.
Just wish it was louder. But maybe it’s my loss of hearing…..
It’s been a few years since I last saw Chicago live in concert but the band is full of talent and enthusiasm and energy and their music still can get a crowd dancing and singing along. What a great evening! I had the best time! And I’ve been playing all of my Chicago cds ever since. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to see this band. 👍
The memorable Chicago accompanied us from high school to Medicare. Despite a 57 year history, the songs, the energy, and music was as fresh as the first time I heard them.
My husband and I really enjoyed the concert. A wonderful musical evening down 80's memory lane. One we won't forget.
The show started at 805 (supposed to start at 8pm). So basically it started on time compared to other acts I’ve seen. At 850, they took a 20 minute break. That’s unheard of. The band sounded great but they need a second lead singer that has the Chicago sound.
Chicago is an incredible band that doesn't miss a beat! They brought down the house and the sound was great in the Venetian Theater. We definitely plan to return to Las Vegas to see them again. They are all gifted and talented musicians and their performance will bring you back to years past. They performed flawlessly for over 2 hours and we enjoyed every second!
Fabulous Show!! Third time seeing time seeing them in person and they just seem to get better with age maybe because it was in Vegas but the showroom was alive with electricity.
The show was amazing. Still rocking it. Venue was easy to access as well.
have seen this band maybe 8 to 10 times different arenas they never fail to disappoint outstanding show would recommend this to anyone interested in seeing them perform true masters of their craft didn't want it to end will be seeing them with earth wind and fire that also will be one to watch outstanding as well have seen them both perform together
Amazing instrumentals and they sang all the hits! The Venetian Theatre was fabulous

Chicago was amazing! The Venetian sound could've been a little bit better, but the concert was still a great gift of the best Music!
Chicago is one of my all-time favorite groups. They were amazing! Venetian speaker system a little distorted, but overall the concert was the best
I will tell you that one of the best things about Chicago are the horns. And Jimmy Pankow, and Lee Loughnane are true professionals. It’s a pleasure and a joy watching them perform. All the newer members of Chicago are good too, but it’s so nice to see some of the founding members performing with such precision. Don’t miss this concert.
Loved it!!! Have seen this show twice because it is fantastic and absolutely so much of the music of NY life. Even though Peter Cetera isn't with the band...it's still fantastic!!! I told my cousins they had to go and they absolutely loved it too. 5 star entertainment! We will probably go a third time!!!
Great venue in Vegas! Music was fantastic and a lengthy show for the money! Loved it!!
Way too many horn solos. The concert started off with newer music, which did NOT get the crowd going. No one comes for new music from an old band.
