    Event good parking bad

by E. A. on 2/16/20Madison Square Garden - New York

The event great but the pre paid parking ticket had a problem. The ticket said it was up to 12:30am but at the moment I parked they told me that they didn’t know why you said that because theY close at midnight and the only thing I could do was to call Ticketmaster and complain. I was worried So much during the show thinking that I wouldn’t have time to return on time. That was a disappointment and didn’t allow me to enjoy the show the way I was suppose to.

    Great show Fun nights

by NYCDOGLOVER on 2/16/20Madison Square Garden - New York

Super fun, the show was great. However my husband and I work Monday thur Friday 8am-6pm. We think the show should be hosted on the weekends, instead of Monday and Tuesday night. We had to leave early on Monday night, missed the last group.

    Interesting

by R. T. on 2/15/20Madison Square Garden - New York

It was a dream co.e through experience to attend this show. For a dog loving person, it is a bucket list must. Monday at the pier waa a great appetizer for Tuesday night at MSG. The only regret was section 102, which is probably the worse section for this event due to partial views.

    Fun Night for the Girlfriend

by Barry McOckiner on 2/14/20Madison Square Garden - New York

The show was very well run and pretty much what I expected. Sitting there for four hours watching dogs run around in circles isn't exactly the most exciting thing I've done this year, but the lady friend enjoyed it. I wouldn't come back, not because it wasn't worth the money, but I just can't do that all over again. I wish it were a little shorter.

Seeing the event live was a surreal dream come true.

by S. T. on 2/14/20Madison Square Garden - New York

We were very excited to have picked a night of final show. The dogs were amazing and to see the entire process unfold right in front of us was a real treat. I now kbow that the live versus TV experience are so different. I wish there had been better coordination of findind seats. There was bi assistance; every seat was General Admission.

Great show but MSG screwed up

by LP on 2/14/20Madison Square Garden - New York

Loved the show and of course all the gorgeous dogs. BUT, we had gotten there when the doors opened so we could see the dogs being prepped for judging. The security folks at MSG were so loused up that one person sent all of us to one "tower" only to be sent back to the other "tower". This went on for a hour. We finally had to give up or we would miss the Sporting Group judging. Ran back just after the Group only to be told access to the dogs had closed. Very frustrating! (BTW, too bad so many in the audience lacked the class to let all the dogs be appreciated during BIS judging. They started a loud chant for "Daniel!" while the other Groups' winners were being judged. Bad form, folks!!

Great time at the dog show

by JR on 2/14/20Madison Square Garden - New York

Wonderful seat - would definitely recommend getting seats in section 103. Food and drinks were overpriced but that's always true in these venues.

    Great experience

by Marcos on 2/14/20Madison Square Garden - New York

We randomly say if the event bought tickets for the show. The buying process was easy. We got really great last minute seats with a good view. The event was not a typical nyc crowded event and I appreciate that. There were still a lot of people there but it was managed really well and made the entire experience feel very enjoyable, even relaxing (that might have to do with it being about dogs) Thank you for the experience.

    Technical Difficulties

by Exp.Westminster Lover on 2/13/20Madison Square Garden - New York

The audience at MSG for the first night of Westminster experienced numerous sound problems and some video problems with the judging on the floor not coming up on the monitors in a timely manner. Most of the sound problems were related to the wireless microphones being used to interview guests on the floor but the whole feel of the presentation in the stadium felt slightly off and not as smooth as in previous years. Sometimes it was more than a little annoying.
