Based on true events, Kinky Boots follows the journey of two people with nothing in common... or so they think. Trying to live up to his father's legacy and save his family business, Charlie finds inspiration in the form of Lola, a fabulous entertainer in need of some sturdy stilettos. As Charlie and Lola work together to turn the factory around, this unlikely pair finds that they have more in common than they realized and discover that you change the world when you change your mind.

It was a great night to be outside taking pictures of the theater and inside is as beautiful. As for the show, we actually didn’t know much about the story. Loved it, from the quiet beginning to the crazy glorious ending.

Such a positive and healing message during this turbulent time. The cast was top notch. Absolutely as good as seeing a show in NYC on Broadway. It was obvious the entire audience felt the same.

Having it in LB was a treat, especially on my birthday. Everything was there, the energy, the great cast, and the popping music by Cindy Lauper. My only contention (and why I gave it a 4 star) was the sound system either with the torching company and/or in the Terrace Theatre is really bad! If you didn't know the lyrics to songs, you may have had a hard time hearing them over the orchestra pit. I really wish the Terrace would do something about that, because shows like this need to be heard!

Amazing performance

The cast is all amazing and I was so invested in all their characters. I was so impressed with the level of acting and singing. I honestly could have stayed in my seat and watched the whole performance again. You could really tell that everyone involved with this show had put the time and effort into making it the fantastic show that it is. I went home and raved about it to friends. Thanks for a fantastic memory Kinky Boots!
