Not at all what you'd expect for Emo Night

by JazzyJay on 4/16/24White Oak Music Hall - Upstairs - Houston

It is basically just a DJ playing alternative rock hits like Avril Lavigne and Paramore. They also continuously repeated songs. If you are looking for a legit Emo Night.. this is not it.

    No. Just no.

by Britt on 4/15/24White Oak Music Hall - Upstairs - Houston

I went to the show in Vegas and LOVED it. This one was such a tiny room and hated the setup and vibe entirely. I stayed maybe 10 min and bounced. Awful.

The best evening for an elder emo!

by Kaila on 4/15/24Commodore Ballroom - Vancouver

The DJ was phenomenal, playing all of the best songs and even vibe checking with the crowd and skipping songs that weren't landing. I had a great time, the venue was great (although the sound quality wasn't A+), the vibes were amazing. I only wish it started and ended a touch earlier - I am old after all 😉

    Spice things up

by Marie43 on 4/9/24Spotlight at The Paramount - Huntington

Emo nights are always fun but the music is always the same. Would love to go to one that doesn't play the same songs as every other emo night.

    Needs more emo songs

by Lindrew on 4/2/24House of Blues San Diego - San Diego

We were expecting a lot more songs that were emo, but there was so much metalcore and even just straight pop/punk. Really enjoyed the show and had a great time, just wish there were a lot more classic emo songs in there! Also, Black Parade definitely should have been the last song because it's THE emo anthem. Looking forward to the next one!

    Ok…

by Jay on 4/1/24Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas - Las Vegas

The venue was dope but the drinks were terrible, so just stuck to beer. The dj seemed confused as to what music to play. Played some emo music but mostly played radio hits of bands that came out during that time but weren’t even really emo. Pretty disappointing. Wouldn’t go again and wouldn’t recommend to an actual emo fan. I think they should have a live band doing cover songs. But all in all It was ok.

    Perfect Night

by Emo Nat on 3/26/24The Observatory - Santa Ana

Hit after hit! Sing along after sing along! Something about that genre and that time in our lives. It brings me right back to: watching Fuse or MTV Hits before school. Waiting all day for a music video to come on because you didn't pay attention to who the band was. I can't wait for Emo Brooklyn to come back to The Observatory in Santa Ana. And the venue was also perfect. Patio to take a break and get some air. String lights. chefskiss*
