    Cream of Clapton was cream

by Tina on 5/19/23Sugar Loaf Performing Arts Center - Chester

The Cream of Clapton Band was amazing. The lead guitar/vocalist was entertaining as you watched his fingers flying up and down the strings. The bass played a great solo. The keyboard musician had several solo bridges as the others jammed along. The drummer made his drumsticks fly, especially during his showcase moment. It was interesting to learn the family connections several members had with Eric Clapton and his band members. All in all a very captivating concert.

    Excellent. Great guitarist.

by P.B. on 5/16/23Lillian S. Wells Hall at The Parker - Ft Lauderdale

I am very glad that I decided to go even though I did not find much about the group, in the web. I enjoyed very much, I am a musician ,and this British band is outstanding. They are family of Eric Clapton.

    Cream of Clapton

by Al S on 5/13/23Lillian S. Wells Hall at The Parker - Ft Lauderdale

My friends and I really enjoyed this show. Will Johns is excellent. The Parker Theater has had a beautiful upgrade, I would see any event here. While Mr Johns performance was superb, his band needs a little more polish. Last years' performance was superior.

    Clapton on steroids

by espoc on 5/8/23Lillian S. Wells Hall at The Parker - Ft Lauderdale

First, the good part: Clapton's nephew is an awesome guitarist. All the members of the band are excellent players, and the band is tight. However, the sound was way too loud, bassy and muddy - something that Eric would never allow. Also, the guitar sound was consistently overdriven - something that Clapton used/uses sparingly and with good taste. No acoustic guitar and not a single soft acoustic number. So, while I'm happy I attended this concert, I have to say that the delivery was too loud and aggressive and the program therefore not in the best of taste.

    TCOCB was a PERFECT concert!

by Randy C on 5/8/23Lillian S. Wells Hall at The Parker - Ft Lauderdale

Will Johns is an entertainer, and a wonderful guitarist. He played Eric's songs to perfection, but with his own twists. His snippets about spending time as a kid with Aunty Patty and Uncle Eric added to the fun. They played just about every Clapton song you could want, and played for over 2 hours. The band was terrific, with Nathan East's son Noah performing very well on keyboards. The venue, The Parker, was as usual too good to be true. Nice ushers, great sound, easy parking. lf you get a chance, do not miss The Cream of Clapton Band!

I Shot the Sheriff Killed the Concert

by scott on 5/8/23Lillian S. Wells Hall at The Parker - Ft Lauderdale

Wonderful concert - my personal favorite was the funky version of "I Shot The Sheriff" - all great musicians but the drummer was effortlessly off-the-chart!

    Poor sound mix

by DLT33160 on 5/8/23Lillian S. Wells Hall at The Parker - Ft Lauderdale

I was excited to see this show but the sound mix was awful. Several of the people around us also thought so. Changed my seat but that didn't help. As an aside, when I go see a tribute band I want to hear the most popular tunes, not the tunes that these wannabes think they play well. And, since they are not the original band, going on a jam and adding 10 minutes to a tune to show off their talent is also not what I came for. I hope this review is received well by the band so I can see them on their next tour and I will enjoy it more.

Amazing Experience seeing Cream of Clapton

    by W. R. on 5/5/23Balboa Theatre - San Diego

This was an amazing experience and the group was awesome. Such talented musicians with good stage personalities too. Seeing Bass player Nathan East play live was on my bucket list and to see him on stage with son was awesome.
