Nashville Predators History
The Predators joined the NHL in 1998 during a two-year expansion that saw the League add the Atlanta Thrashers, Columbus Blue Jackets and Minnesota Wild. The team made its first trip to the Playoffs during the 2003-04 season, and proceeded to make the postseason six of the next seven seasons. Nashville won its first Playoff series against the Anaheim Ducks in 2011, and returned to the second round again the following spring.
Two seasons later, with Peter Laviolette as Head Coach, Nashville began their four-year run as a Stanley Cup contender. With P.K. Subban arriving ahead of the 2016-17 season to anchor the defense, the Preds upset the Chicago Blackhawks, St. Louis Blues and Anaheim Ducks in consecutive Playoff series to reach the 2017 Stanley Cup Final. That streak had two distinctions: It was the first time a No. 8 seed knocked out a top seed (the Blackhawks) and the Predators became the first team in two decades to win 10 consecutive home Playoff games.
Facing the Pittsburgh Penguins in the Stanley Cup Final, the Preds lost the first two games before storming back to take Games 3 and 4. After a decisive Pittsburgh home victory, the Penguins prevailed 2-0 in Game 6, with both goals coming in the final two minutes.
Filip Forsberg, who re-signed with the team for eight seasons in July 2022, is the Predators all-time leading scorer. Roman Josi, Pekka Rinne, Mike Fisher and Steve Sullivan have all won NHL awards, while Josi, Rinne and former captain Shea Weber have the distinction of being NHL First-Team All-Stars for the club. The Nashville Predators have made the Playoffs 15 times in their 24 seasons.

No problems entering or exiting the Arena. Very friendly ushers who knew where we were going and the easiest way there. Good game experience. Close and exciting. Music and video boards were great and kept the fans hyped up. Good food and drinks. Had an excellent night.
I bought tickets for my fiancé and his father. They had an amazing time! Awesome gameplay, great service, and an amazing theme night - Star Wars! We are going again this season to see the Preds crush!!!
In my ten years in Tennessee I've been to maybe 30 Preds' games. Saturday I sat in Sec. 305, Row E, Seat 1. Take it from me, don't sit there. Obstructed view with a railing structure I need to look through or around. Paid over $100 for the seat not knowing of my obstructed view. I guess I need "local knowledge"when buying a ticket. Sent email to the Preds about this. no reply.
All great, everything about it was superb people helping were amazing, all facilities were totally marvellous
Was in Nashville a conference and was able to get a game in. We had a great time with the entertainment, food options and amenities. It was a fun filled night.
It was a great experience, from entry, to scanning my tickets, security checks, staff helping find our seats. Only down fall was they lost. It was a great time.

The Ticketmaster app gave an excellent overview of tickets however was difficult to complete the purchase in the time provided and required 2 different times and resulted in a duplicate charge which resolved after several days. Event review - 5 stars Ticketmaster review- 2 stars
Loved the seats I got with the golden ticket special. Only way I can afford to go without paying outrageous prices on the after market. Thanks for the abilities for people to enjoy the Preds since they are never on tv
I got a fan, and we spend a good time with my family!!!
Predators are great!! But Bridgestone needs seats that are a little wider.
Bridgestone Arena is great. Not a bad seat in the house for a hockey game. Crowd is really fun and energetic!
Our family had an awesome time and loved the ending most of all!
We paid extra for lower lever seats only to find out one of the 2 seats had a hand rail about eye level. I had to either sit on the edge of the seat or lay in the seat to see the ice. The “seat view” on the site fails to include this information.
Great time watching Predators Hockey. Great seats! Good times
Not a bad seat in the arena, the staff were friendly and helpful. I can not wait to make it to another game. Go Preds!!
The Predators played their hearts out. Nashville Predators games are always high energy, so much going on, live music at halftime, wonderful crowd support!!! Always great family fun! Bridgestone Arena continues to make these games a good experience for the fans.
Great game and great atmosphere at the game! Everyone should experience a Predators game. Great customer service at Bridgestone too. Both home fans and fans of visiting fans are welcome.
