She Was Amazing

This was my first time going to see her perform in person, it was truly amazing. I love her style, her sense of humor and she just has it, the voice, the talent, this charisma that captivates the audience. I love to hear the men go wild for her. There is such a sex appeal that is associated with it that draws you in. My sister and I said wherever Lalah performs nearby, we are there, no question.

I live in Illinois and I go to her concerts when she comes to Chicago and the surrounding suburbs and I go to Detroit to see her when she is there.

Ms. Lalah Hathaway DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!!! The first 20 minutes of the show the audience was totally enthralled!! So much so they "quietly"listened! She had to ask were we alright!! And a rousing response replied!! It's just not that often you hear smooth, perfect singing like that!!! And her background singers!!! OMG! They didn't just back her up, the HARMONIES were MASTERFUL! 2 GROWN MEN who must've had several octave ranges! They had bass and wonderful falsettos!!!!!! And to watch Lalah..... "feel"her music- watch her hands!!!!!! She was just FABULOUS!!! DON'T MISS HER!!

THEY LITERALLY MADE ME CRY, her & Jubu (on that dang on guitar) singing "You Were Meant For Me"❣️😍🫶🏾😭🥰 Lalah is SO beautiful & what we call a TRUE SONG BIRD! We will surely see her again when she comes close enough. SO blessed to have such a wonderful date night. We also LOVED The Anthem venue, it was a 1st time visit & we'll be back as well. Thanks Lalah, Musicians & incredible Background Singer's!

She had no dancers, no wild costumes and only 2 brothers as background singers, but this girl stood there "sanging"Sung the house down. Her show/performance was off the charts Loved it and can't wait to see her somewhere, anywhere again. Also the Anthem in DC is an amazing venue.
