About

Gabriel "Fluffy" Iglesias is one of America's most successful stand-up comedians performing to sold-out concerts around the world. He is also one of the most watched comedians on YouTube with almost a billion views and has over 25 million fans across social media.

In 2018, Iglesias was included in The Hollywood Reporter's "Top 40 Comedy Players" issue alongside comedy giants Jerry Seinfeld, Chris Rock and Lorne Michaels. The comedian has also had the distinct honor of being one of the few to headline and sell-out Madison Square Garden in New York, Staples Center in Los Angeles and Sydney Opera House in Australia.

Iglesias is the star and executive producer of Mr. Iglesias, the multi-cam, Netflix original comedy series, which is currently streaming Part 1-3. Iglesias plays a good-natured public high school teacher who works at his alma mater. He takes on teaching gifted but misfit kids to not only save them from being "counseled out" by a bully bureaucrat Assistant Principal, but also to help them unlock their full potential. In 2020, the show won best Primetime Comedy at The Imagen Awards, which recognizes positive portrayals of Latinx actors/actresses in the entertainment industry.

In addition to the Netflix comedy series, Iglesias penned a deal with Netflix to release his next two stand-up comedy specials for the streaming service. The first, titled One Show Fits All, was filmed in front of a sold-out audience at the Toyota Center in Houston and debuted in January 2019. The second, Stadium Fluffy premiered on October 18th on Netflix. The special was taped in front of a sold-out crowd of 50,000 fans at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles on May 6th and 7th, where Iglesias made history as the first comedian to perform at the iconic venue. Dodger Stadium is also the largest MLB stadium in the US.

Both of these specials are follow-ups to his highly successful 2016 special, I'm Sorry For What I Said When I Was Hungry, which was filmed at the Allstate Arena in Chicago to two sold-out shows with a total of 20,000 fans in attendance.

Feature film credits include co-starring roles in Magic Mike, Magic Mike XXL and A Haunted House 2. Gabriel's voice has been heard in many animated films including the recent Space Jam: A New Legacy as "Speedy Gonzales" streaming on HBOMAX. In 2017, Iglesias voiced the role of "Head Clerk" in Pixar's Academy Award nominated animated film Coco. He also voiced "Babo" in Ugly Dolls, "Rufus the Dog" in Sony's Golden Globe nominated animated holiday film The Star and "Cuatro" in Fox 20th Century Film's Academy Award nominated animated film Ferdinand. Gabriel is one of a handful of comedians with a theatrically released stand-up concert comedy film, The Fluffy Movie.

On the small screen, Fluffy's Food Adventures, a non-scripted comedic docu-follow series completed a 3-season run on FUSE TV in 2017. Gabriel was a recurring guest star on the ABC sitcom Cristela, and also guest-starred in an episode of ABC's hit comedy Modern Family. Comedy Central aired Iglesias' hit series Stand-Up Revolution for 3 seasons. Comedy Central also aired Gabriel Iglesias: Aloha Fluffy in an unprecedented two-night comedy special to over 15 million viewers. The special was a follow-up to his previous DVD specials, Hot & Fluffy and I'm Not Fat...I'm Fluffy, which have sold millions of copies.

Gabriel Iglesias is the youngest of six children, raised by a single mother in Long Beach, CA. It was during his childhood that he developed a strong sense of humor to deal with the obstacles he faced. In 1997, he set out to hone his comedic skills, and performed stand-up anywhere he could find an audience; including biker bars and hole-in-the-wall joints. Gabriel's stand-up comedy is a mixture of storytelling, parodies, characters and sound effects that bring his personal experiences to life. His unique and animated comedy style has made him popular among fans of all ages.

    What a show

by John on 4/23/24Honda Center - Anaheim

Gabriel and Jo Koi were phenomenal. The traffic at the Honda Center was horrendous . Those people with the incredible sense of entitlement who tried to cut in the less than 1 mile line line that a lot of us had waited in over an hour should be ashamed of themselves and almost ruined the concert but Fluffy, Jo Koi and the rest of the comedians made our night. It was a great family event.

    Don’t worry be fluffy!

by Mr. Vez on 4/23/24Honda Center - Anaheim

First time seeing the fluffy and happy to say the man delivered! Openers are always entertaining and even with JKoy making an appearance I feel like the impact the others made stood out! The whole 90’s theme with the television was a good prop, haven’t seen that before and the way it all played a role with their theme was perfect! Fluffy and everybody else that was involved made this a great event, not just a show….AN EVENT! 10/10 would gladly see fluffy again!

    What a great night!

by Fluffy Fan on 4/23/24Honda Center - Anaheim

So happy that Fluffy choose such a great venue at the Honda Center in Anaheim to stop at on his tour. Convenient for all those in Orange County who don't like driving up to LA, like me. The best show- laughing all night. Clear sound and amazingly projected on 3 large screens so that everyone could see all the details. The best line up with top openers, culminating in Fluffy's portion. I appreciate his awareness of using swear words and his storytelling style. I hope he continues to have as many shows as possible in his own back yard. Stayed up past my bedtime, totally worth it.

    Needs help !!!

by Jim Cummings on 4/22/24Honda Center - Anaheim

Doesn't like America or its people I think he should give his money back that he's made here and go back to Mexico and work for $40 a week cuz obviously he has no respect for the people that died for this country nor the people that built it...

    Shocked

by ET on 4/22/24Honda Center - Anaheim

The show was very entertaining. The comedians opening for Fluffy were soo good but Fluffy's set shocked me. At times it felt like he was preaching instead of making jokes. I heard he was trying new stuff so maybe that's why some stuff was not super funny? IDK, I had a good time and the other comedians made it worth the price ticket, but I left confused after Fluffy's performance.

    Fluffy

    by Tomatoman55 on 4/22/24Honda Center - Anaheim

Well, starting with the traffic into the venue, it was absolutely horrid. They could do a better job getting people into The Honda center As far as fluffy goes, I love the guy. I watch the specials and they’re so funny but Saturday night he wasn’t on point. He talked a lot and really didn’t get into a real groove. It wasn’t hysterical. There was some funny, but I was very disappointed.

    Hilarious show

    by Funny5 on 4/22/24Honda Center - Anaheim

We had a great time seeing Fluffy. He was hilarious as were the comedians before him. I laughed so much I was crying. It was a fun night full of good energy. I do wish that he came on stage earlier. He didn’t perform until about 10:30pm.

    Fluffy is awesome

    by Katcan2 on 4/22/24Honda Center - Anaheim

The show was great!! It's fluffy and as always be brought his A game. We were on the floor great seats 8 rows from him. Seats sucked!! Packed like if we were all petite. Some of us are not and we were very uncomfortable sitting on top of each other. Took alot away from our enjoyment of the show.

Very fun and eventful. Surprise guests showed up. Kept the family laughing. Be prepared to pay some money for food and drinks. But did get my moneys worth.

Fluffy was not funny. Jo Koy was hilarious!

by MAT on 4/22/24Honda Center - Anaheim

Martin Moreno funny. Others were mostly okay. Jo Koy was the star of the night! Fluffy came on late (after 10pm). After a completely unnecessary announced 20 minute intermission (after the openers) that was really 35 minutes. He then spent most of the next 75 minutes talking about his career and his life. It was like being at a TED Talk or hearing a lecture. Not funny. Have seen him before and loved his prior shows. Not this night however. Made a point that he would be trying out new material, so no recording of any kind. If this was his new material, then he needs to go back to the drawing board. I was literally nodding off for part of it. Kept hoping that at some point he'd actually begin his comedy routine. He never got there. He's gracious; appreciative, and we like him. That is why we went and spent $200/ticket to be there. Sadly, other than Jo Koy (in particular), we weren't "entertained"at all by Fluffy (specifically) on this night. Went home VERY disappointed. Sorry, Fluffy. Hope you get your mojo back.

    Fluffy

by Kathy on 4/22/24Honda Center - Anaheim

Jokoy was a great surprise. Fluffy was awesome as usual. Started late, so arriving at 6pm made the night very long when it didn't end until after 11:30pm. Too many opening act comedians; the usuals were good. Not sure who the other guy with the glasses was, but we didn't find him funny.
