Great performance, could've improved staging and sound EQ

    by Clay on 8/25/23

The band was amazing. The stage lighting was a bit corny, however, and the EQ really drowned out Fleet Foxes' signature smooth and echoing sound. The highs were just a bit piercing and the lights were distracting. I loved the group and what they played, regardless.

    Amazing Show

    by Lorie on 8/25/23

Love the Fleet Foxes, so I was very exited about the show, due to the show being on a Tuesday none of my friends were able to attend since their drive would be a total of 4hrs to and from. I did not want to miss out so I said “what better artist than the Fleet Foxes to be my first Solo Concert; so I went for it! Bought my ticket for $70 bucks including taxes and ticket protection (total steal in my opinion) It was also my first time at the Vina Robles Amphitheater and I became a fan! Beautiful vibes and the sound was incredible! Since it was my first time at the venue I had help locating my seat and I was an Awe of how close I was! My seat was amazing for $70! Overall it was an amazing experience the Fleet Foxes were more than Amazing! Memorable Night for sure!

    Sweet Night Band Tight!

    by Ringo on 8/25/23

Love the Foxes but this was actually the first time I saw them live. Perfect from beginning to end, Great harmonies on every song. Played for 2 hours and improvised a bit with singing Oliver James- One of my faves. Great place to see a show as well.

    An amazing experience

    by CaliRooneyFan on 8/24/23

I have seen Fleet Foxes 2 other times and I could not wait to see them for a third time...especially since I had never seen My Morning Jacket live before so that would be a brand new experience. As Fleet Foxes hit the stage under the bright summer sun, they sounded as perfect and angelic as I had hoped they would. They sang some of my absolutely favorite songs like Grown Ocean, Blue Ridge Mountains, and Mykonos among others. While the audience was packed with MMJ fans, this was my favorite of the two sets. They played 14 songs -- a legit full set -- and it breezed by so quickly that I didn't notice how many they played until later. As the sun set and the sky grew dark, the anticipation for MMJ rose throughout the packed venue and with the first few notes of Dancefloors, My Morning Jacket held the entire bouncing raucous crowd in the palm of their hands. They played a set that was pedal to the metal from beginning to end including songs like Spring Among The Living, Dondante, and Touch Me I'm Going To Scream which had the whole place dancing. It was awesome to watch MMJ at their best and, after a fantastic 15-song set of their own, it was absolutely evident that everyone who attended -- including me -- truly had the time of their lives! I can't wait to see either of these bands again the next chance I get -- and to come back to the fabulous Greek Theater this weekend for the Sigur Ros show!!

    Phenomenal

    by Dave on 8/23/23

About 10 years ago this band came through town. My coworkers and so called friends went and saw them without me. They came into work sleep deprived but in incredibly good spirits. They went on to describe seeing Fleet Foxes as some sort of religious experience, something akin to seeing the beach boys, before they had any sort of name recognition. Needless to say that had always left a bit of a sting in my heart. Flash forward to last weekend, I had managed to shuffle my way pretty close to the stage, the band went on and proceeded to play an absolutely flawless set, each song carefully played and harmonized, this was in fact a rare show to see. My eyes began to well up with tears of happiness? Sadness? I really can't describe the depth of emotion I was feeling at the time, it was bittersweet and sonorous. If you have any interest in seeing this band, do it, I know I'll see them the next time they're in town.

    Fleet Foxes Greek

    by LisaT on 8/23/23

Fleet Foxes were absolutely outstanding. Beautiful band. The bar options at the Greek are unacceptable. I imagine you must be losing alcohol sales.

One of the best shows minute for minute that I haveseen

by Ted J. Rucker on 8/22/23

I always think of the Fleet Foxes as a Happy band, and they did not disappoint. Their harmonies reach back to the Beach boys or the Everly Brothers , but updated for these times. My Morning Jacket was an incredible turn-up-the volume and intensity. I was totally stunned by the presence of Jim James and his band mates. The crowd went insane, and with good reason. Their rhythm section was potent and the guitar mix soared on top of them. One question there was an intense jam, I think the third song from the end. Does anybody know if it was "Off the Record"or what?
