Beale Street Music Festival Tickets

A very lackluster line-up this year. There were a few GREAT acts, but nowhere near what they have had in the past.

BSMF is fun as always. However getting there is also always a hassle, would it really be too much trouble for downtown to add some more temporary bike racks to the area? I had to resort to chaining my bike to a no parking sign, since there were no bike racks in sight.

The festival was great with a couple of exceptions. The worst part for the event was by 2 or 3pm on some days the port-a-johns were out of toilet paper leaving woman scrambling for whatever they could find. This is need of a serious fix since we spoke with a lot of long time attenders who say it happens every year. The second bad part was the flow of traffic along the stages. The walking paths need laid out in a better manner because the traffic actually was flowing through the crowd as you watched various concerts and then sometimes they would simply stop and stand in front of you while you had been standing for a long period of time to get your spot. Outside of those two things the food and people who were running it were great. Had a great time with great music, weather and beautiful setting.

It was well rounded to a very broad audience. It was definitely geared towards the local event attender or party crowd looking for more than a music festival. The line up was such a broad mix that I didn't care to attend all of any one day. Parking was ample and convenient. Good weather played nicely into a wonderful riverfront setting. The behavior of one band put a very bad taste in my mouth, but the balance of the acts put on good shows.

The Festival was awesome...The line up was better last year, but overall it was great this year as well. I think it more about the ambience tan the actual artist. If you go with the right group of friends, you will have an amazing time. :) I sure did! :) It made everything, the lack of great artists this year, and amazing experience being with with my AWESOME friends!

Hozier went on at 7:00 p.m. We sat near the fence near the river. About half-way through the set, the sun set and both put on an incredible show! After living in Memphis for 15 years, this was my first Music Fest...it did not disappoint! Plenty of beer, food and potties! Perfect weather!

This will be my last music festival. The smoke (all kids) around us was worse than any concert I went to in the 70's. Everyone blew smoke in your direction and after 2 days - I could hardly talk. Wish I had bought an annoying perfume to spirtz in the direction of smokers. Bands begin and end at the same time... so everyone needs food and bathrooms at the same time. How about staggering that? Exiting on Friday night was dangerous. Festival workers moved everyone through to the port-potty area - so crowds could not move. Sad to see most were there to get drunk - not to listen to the music. Some of the sound guys were awful. I could hear bass and nothing else sometimes. (and my hearing is fine)

Ed Sheehan was the best! His performance was unbelievable! Of mice and Men was also pretty cool!

I've never been able to experience a music festival before this one and BSMF went above and beyond expectations! The line up was incredible, the park was perfect, and the set up was extremely easy to navigate. Everything about this festival was awesome!

The festival was everything I hoped it would be and then some!! Ed Sheeran was absolutely amazing and I had the best seats I could ask for. Drinks, food, and music what more could you ask for. Hozier rocked the stage as well. I was also impressed by Elle King because I didn't realize how much I love her voice! If you didn't go then you missed out because it one of the best nights of my life!!!

amazing line up but i went for the headliner lenny kravitz he was everything you could imagine and more ! on time started at 11 and played until 12:45 the crowd was awesome his band is tight and i loved every second of the show . best line up in yrs !

Memphis in May was beyond great! great crowd, great food, great show!

It was so awesome! I just went to the Sunday events of Beale Street Music Festival, but I saw Hozier and Ed Sheeran. Oh, my gosh. I was NOT disappointed. It was phenomenal! It was pretty crowded, but so worth it!

The festival was awesome and well run. Wilco, Hozier, Elle King, Ed Sheeran, Ryan Adams, Avett Brothers, and Lenny Kravitz were incredible.

I get the 3 day pass for $75 and the value is unreal - tons of amazing bands, a great venue with cool vendors, a sweet view of the Mississippi River ...and with $5 beers you can't beat it! If you are within driving distance of Memphis, put this on your list!

What a blast! can't beat the price for 3 days of amazing events. The lineup was great and this year for once there wasn't a rainstorm which was nice (if you read this and go in future take shoes or boots to handle mud and possibly get ruined by it). Plenty of bathrooms for all the people breaking the seal, though by the end of the festival it didn't look like they had been cleaned which led to many woman looking for ones with TP and I myself giving some gals some serious thumbs down on ones NOT to go into. Good vendors for food, would have liked some of the beer tents to take cards as I don't like carrying cash at these events but alas, I survived. Long story short, get some good friends and check it out next year!!

Arrival Downtown at 530 pm for 815 showtime Plenty of time for Dinner at Texas de Brazil! Lucky to catch a Club Car to ride to the River @ Tom Lee Park Bud Light stage was on South end Got to stand just above the Light & Sound booth . Time was pushed to 8:40 but Ed was incredible! The mix & Elvis hit followed by Thinking Out Loud had the entire audience singing & swaying to the music He is an awesome quitarist & vocalist! I recommend a section for non smokers of pot & cigarettes as some of us are likely to get a Contact High who are non users & smells of pot / cigarettes are extremely offensive & nauseating to those who do not smoke! I realize this is uncontrollable but hoping that Ed Sheeran will return to Memphis at an indoor venue! We in Memphis Area were so very lucky he was on tour & came to Memphis first time! Very enjoyable minus parking/walking alone with little security! People packed in so tight you had to stand up to breath! Suggestion bleachers & mire active security than sitting by a rail talking !

I loved it! Went crowd surfing! I got to see my favorite band Of Mice & Men. My boyfriend and I had a blast. Going again next year!

Awesome festival all the way around. To start with, we were absolutely blown away by "In This Moment." They put on an amazing show and deserved higher billing. AWOLNATION and Breaking Benjamin were totally up for the event as well. I am usually not a Lenny Kravitz fan, but completely enjoyed his show as well. We were disappointed that Big Head Todd and George Clinton were in conflicting time slots. We tried to catch the first part of George Clinton and then went to see Big Head Todd. We were happy we did. Great show and it looked like he was really enjoying it. Kenny Wayne Shepherd was great as usual but the highlight of the day was John Fogerty. That guy puts on a tremendous show and it is even more amazing considering he is 70! We enjoyed the Of Mice and Men show and Rise Against was good too. Cage The Elephant was a great way to end the event. The best performer by far had to be Will Tucker. We were happy to see him back in the tent and he worked his butt off. Always worth seeing. The perfect weather stole the show! You couldn't ask for better weather.

Fantastic Music along the River. I've attended the last 3 years can't wait for next year!!!!
