After 7 on Tour
After 7 has been topping charts and electrifying stages with their distinctive R&B swagger for over three decades. Today, Kevon Edmonds, Keith Mitchell and Danny McClain serenade audiences with buttery smooth vocals and laid-back beats reminiscent of the old-school party vibes of the '90s. With four Top 10 R&B/hip-hop albums under their belts, the trio returns to the stage in 2022 for the aptly named Unfinished Business Tour. Don't miss out on tickets to catch performances of "Tomorrow Can Wait" or "The Day."
After 7 Live in Concert
After 7 was formed in 1988 by Indiana University students and future R&B stars Melvin Edmonds, Kevon Edmonds and Keith Mitchell. Brothers Melvin and Kevon were no strangers to fame as the older siblings of the legendary Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds. With a whole lot of talent and a little help from their younger brother, the trio was able to land a deal with Virgin Records in 1989 to produce their self-titled debut album. The group quickly rose to stardom with "Heat of the Moment" reaching No. 5 on the Billboard R&B chart. Throughout the '80s and '90s, After 7's hot streak continued as their self-titled album After 7 went platinum in 1989 and Takin' My Time achieved gold status in 1992. The group split after 1995's Reflections to take a 20-year break from recording, but thankfully regrouped to tour in the mid-2000s. In 2016, After 7 hit the studio once again to release their fourth album Timeless. The group's lineup has changed over time, most notably after the death of original member Melvin Edmonds in 2019. However, the trio was restored when Danny McClain joined leading up to the release of Unfinished Business in 2021. After 7 is an NAACP Image Award recipient and have been nominated for a Grammy and American Music Award.

I purchased tickets through Ticketmaster a quantity of two. When I get to the show in Akron the desk would not accept the tickets because they said at that time the event was free I've reached out to Ticketmaster six times trying to contact them for reimbursement all six times I spoke with the representative and then they hung up on me very disappointed with scamming Ticketmaster
Melissa Morgan and After 7 did a wonderful Job! They still sound the same and the performance was incredible!!! The weather was just right for the concert. I enjoyed myself!
Loved the show just hated that Kevon was able to hit those high range notes he used to; hope it’s temporary❣️
Well, I was upset because I'd spent, over $100 for my 4 tickets when everyone got in free! >:( ... it was, very, hot! BUT! once After7 came on All my anger just went away!! ,they sang my favorite song "No Place Like You"... they had Great! Interaction with the audience! (although I was a nervous wreck!! because I'm very shy and ,my heart, Kevon❤came so close I started shaking!)lol! . They sang alot of there older songs, and that's just what I wanted to hear!!! ,took me back to a beautiful place 😍
They were awesome in their routines and dance style. They sounded wonderful. 10 of my friends and family members were there and from the oldest at 77 to the youngest at 5 we were all dancing and singing. We truly loved it!
After 7 was great! Problem was paying $78 for 3 tickets just to learn we could have gotten in for FREE!! Bad Business & False Advertisement Lock 3 !!!!!
After 7 and Melissa Morgan put on good shows. However, the sound system needed work. There was feedback and reverberation in the microphone. The microphones were not turn up so at times the band play overpowered the artists' voices.
Great show in New Orleans. A lot of interaction with the fans. Best concert I've ever been to.
All the performers were fantastic. They interacted with the audience and gave 100%. The venue had great seating and good security. Loved it, love it !!!
