  • Both parking and signage were terrible!!!

    We bought day tickets for Wednesday on Tuesday night from our hotel. There was no indication that all preferred parking was also sold online and SOLD OUT!!! Directions from New Orleans were adequate for the golf course, but not for the Zurich Classic. Because of the heavy traffic and no signage directing us, we finally had to find a local sheriff who tried to put us in the area of preferred parking, but no mention of PUBLIC parking anywhere. We made several attempts to find the Zurich Classic, but finally turned around in frustration and went back to NO. Although we were able to enjoy the rest of our day, it was NOT why we travelled to New Orleans! We were totally disappointed with the whole situation. We had been to the Classic previously and thoroughly enjoyed it - but this year was a total mess! (Putting that nicely!)

    If you want to go to a PGA event, this has many pluses. First, it is in NOLA....need I say moer. It is a team event which is fun and unique in spring golf. The crowds are super manageable so it is easy to be really close when a player is hitting. Although it may not attract the top names, it gets enough to make it exciting and a great venue to watch some of the up and coming players.

    At first said my card was not right. Rebooted and worked with no problems. We sent tickets to a person and they were received within minutes. All good.

    Golf was great but when you buy the best of Zurich tickets and you walked round all day then go have a sit to watch the end and all the food places are closed that you paid for

    Great to see celebs matched up with the professionals. Coming to the event it didn’t have very good directions about parking and how the event was set up. Concessions didn’t open up till about 10 and only 1 location was serving.
