This was an awesome show..... probably the next best thing to seeing the real band.

    Zoso was great

by jyrebel on 11/15/09Wild Bills - Duluth

The show was excellent. The drums and bass were a little loud in the beginning of the show and drowned out the vocals and guitar some, but that issue was corrected later in the show. I have seen them before in Louisiana and thought they were better out there, but they still rocked here in Atlanta at Wild Bills, I would definately reccomend going to see them when they come to your town!

    Zoso

by Thedisappointed on 11/14/09Wild Bills - Duluth

The band was good, but the sound quality was absolutely terrible. It was the worst and most unprofessional sounding event I have ever attended.

Great venue, wasn't crowded for this particular show, and the music jammed for two hours!! Great tribute to the original Led Zeppelin.

    Zoso was forgettable

by JayByrrd on 11/14/09Wild Bills - Duluth

Energy is important in a performance like this, and I felt none.

    zoso=amazing

by wmgouger on 10/18/09The National - Richmond

They were absolutely amazing. They sounded exactly like the real deal. For only $12, i was surprised. Zoso looked, sounded, and acted like Led Zeppelin. Definitely recommended.

    Too much fun

    by MGAdams17 on 10/18/09The National - Richmond

Zoso has got it down. From the the sound, to the dress, to the mannerisms. They are so enjoyable to watch and hear. I love it. Last time they played the 75' tour and this time the 73' tour. I look forward to the day when they perform the 79'-80' set. I like the fact too that they play songs Zep never did live. They are a great experience.

    Overall pretty good. ZOSO outstanding.

by LZFan on 10/18/09The National - Richmond

Thought ZOSO had their act down pat. Even appearance and mannerisms were spot on. Musically, they were outstanding. I'm sure all the retired flower children in the crowd came away convinced they just went back to the 1977 North America Tour. Our group sat in the upper reaches of the balcony and sound was a problem. Particularly during the two opening acts, the bass was obnoxiously loud to the extend that vocals and lead guitar were undetectable. It improved with ZOSO, but still could have been improved significantly. Sat in the same area during the recent Reel Big Fish / English Beat event and sound was great. Somebody during this event's sound check should have made the trip up top! All in all we had a great time. Appreciate what the National brings to the Richmond music scene! Keep it up!

I drove over 200 miles roundtrip to see Zoso at the Richmond National Theater on October 16, 2009 and it was worth it. I saw them once before at the National Harbor show in the DC area last summer so I knew they were fantastic. Awesome and phenomenal are good words to describe these great showmen. I had a big smile on my face during much of the show because they made me feel like I was actually listening to Led Zeppelin. Every song they played was right on the money as if they were Led Zeppelin themselves. They even had the look and mannerisms down pat and I think they performed the music better than when I saw Jimmy, Robert, John and John perform live in 1979. Matt Jernigan, John McDaniel, Adam Sandling and Greg Thompson collectively performing as Zoso could easily become bigger stars if their shows were promoted and advertised more. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of their concert, especially John McDaniel's perfect cover of Jimmy Page's solo in "Dazed and Confused." Zoso is the answer to anyone longing to see and hear Led Zepplin music performed live again. - PJG

    ZOSO is AWESOME

by CrowBones on 10/17/09The National - Richmond

We ate at Gibson's which is right next store and we would do this again. The 2 opening bands were very dissapointing but ZOSO was truly amazing and very entertaining. The volume and audio controls on their first 1-3 songs was perfect but we noticed consideratble volume and bass creep which we thought took away from their incredible talents.

I was surprised at the quality of the music. That guy sounded just like Robert Plant - really. The venue (House of Blues) was awesome.

    Rock n Roll

by blueharp on 8/31/09House of Blues Cleveland - Cleveland

This concert was fan-tastic!!! I have been to led Zeppelin concerts in the past and i actually felt like i was at LZ concert in the HOB The lead singer never missed a note or any of the moves that Robert Plant did back in the day. And even though the guitarist that played Jimmy Page had a wig on it was still a fantastic performance!! And the drummer seemed like Jon Bonhams spirit just took him over when he played Moby Dick with a drum solo that lasted 15 to 20 min. And the bass player did a perfect job on the bass and keyboards. If they ever come to town again i will be in the front row!!!

    Zoso was great!

by Candy0 on 8/30/09House of Blues Cleveland - Cleveland

I saw Zoso at the House of Blues Cleveland 8-29-09 and they were awesome. I saw them earlier this year at the Rex Theater in Pittsburgh. That prompted a trip to Cleveland when I saw they were playing at HOB. They look like Led Zeppelin, they sound like Zeppelin and if you want to have a good time, go see them perform. I'll wait for another show to hear some more great music.

    Zoso Good!

by Zeppland on 8/30/09House of Blues Cleveland - Cleveland

If you have had the pleasure of seeing a live Led Zeppelin show, then you know the power of the music. Zoso carries the torch and keeps the music alive. For those who have and especially those who have not seen Zeppelin, you won't be disappointed. You'll be singin' in the sunshine and dancin' in the rain........... Wonderful musicians and a rockin' good time.

ZOSO = Awesome. Opening band for them - AWFUL!

by ZOSOFAN on 8/30/09House of Blues Cleveland - Cleveland

We had five children with us. Only one was over 11. They hear us play Zepplin tunes all the time and everyone was excited. We arrived at the House of Blues for dinner and had a great meal. We went into the theater after dinner to find out there was an opening band before Zoso. We were not aware of the opening band prior to arriving. THEY WERE AWFUL! They used foul language (EXTREMELY CRUDE!) and I actually pulled my children out of the theater. We waited until they were over and went back in. Zoso was everything we had expected. We had seen them before and knew they were family friendly. The kids loved them and they absolutely ROCKED! The other band almost ruined the entire experience, but Zoso saved the night with their clean show and outstanding performance! Thanks for remaining family friendly!

    Zoso! Simply Electrifying.

by Looseends on 8/30/09House of Blues Cleveland - Cleveland

Non-stop classic rock from Zoso was the closest thing you will ever come to experiencing Led Zeppelin's late 70's Song Remains the Same Tour. The energy, precision and commitment to every Zeppelin detail made this performance literally a dynamite evening of pure unadulaterated rock! The $10.00 entrance fee was the best money I invested this year, and quite possibly too low a price for the quality of the performance. Right from opening with their lauded "Been a Long Time" to closing with "Song Remains the Same", much more entertainment would have been hard to handle for this classic rock connosseur. Special mention must be made for the drummer's detailed and spectacularly reproduced, "Moby Dick". Zoso's four original members, 15 years running gave the concert a reunion flavor. I brought my two boys out for a night on the town. As I jammed nonstop front and center, I took a moment to glance over at the to lovelies leaning against the wall behind me, and for a moment I noticed that same spark int their eyes that first started me on my Zeppelin Journey, so long ago. It was a special moment indeed!
