I have been going to Zmax for quite a while now. Every year seems to get better as I go to the NHRA events. The only problem I had in 2024 was that they will not allow seating pads with metal. Never saw any notification about that because of the new walk in scanners at the gates. Overall,everything else was great.
The 4-Wide Nationals at the zMAX Dragway is definitely a "must do"for any fan of drag racing! This was my second time there, and I'm looking forward to making that trip again in the near future. Many options to choose from when it comes to just how close you wanna be to the action...anywhere from track level at the starting line to the top of the grandstand halfway down the strip. They even have suites for those who like the finer things in life, LOL! Can't wait to get back. Definitely worth the trip!

If you have never had the experience of 4 wide at ZMax in Charlotte you should. It is a fantastic experience as well as all NHRA events.
First time ever at a four wide and had to try that experience. Been to so many local tracks, grudge races, exhibition races and side by side nationals. This was like no other. There is no better description other than "brutal". Four top fuels launching at the same time is no less than awesome. Charlotte ZMax is top notch and carries over the great race experience as the NASCAR track. All the track amenities are there offering pretty good food options and NHRA gear and souvenirs. Love pit row where you can find friendly teams willing to engage. Track employees were noticeably very friendly and accommodating. A little pricey but the seats were great and had an overall good, memorable day.
Drivers were so friendly,grandsons got a lot of autographs.John Force was the nicest driver we met.Tony Stewart was awesome and Matt Hagan top of the line. We appreciated the niceness of the crew on every dragster.A lifetime event for our whole family.
I have never seen a 4 wide race before this. The top fuel cars made my heart skip a beat every time they took off, literally took off, anything that goes 300mph in 3 seconds is in line with a jet to me.
Purchasing tickets online and had no clue I had wheelchair seating. Should have been marked up better. Enjoyed the track, glad for the elevator. Parking is easy.
Fun family/fan friendly experience. Excellent customer service. Can't wait to visit again.
My wife and I come here twice a for the 4 wides and the 2 wides. Love the energy and excitement. Zmax is a great setup for this. They do an excellent job with the track and the activities. It's family oriented. Something for everyone.
