Excellent high-quality vocals layered over smooth soothing and interesting music, no gimmicks, and a great competent backing band made for an enjoyable evening at Hammerstein Ballroom, NYC. Venue location was super convenient to get to via public transit or cabs. Venue acoustics were clear and set loud enough for the audience to clearly hear the confident singing voice over the cheers of the over-excited crowd. Crowd had a wide range of people as listeners, which was nice to see. ADA section seats could've been better and more comfortable. Artist merch was creative and interesting. Hope Zayn gets to performs more often live in NYC!

AMAZING, INCREDIBLE VOCALIST NEED TO SEE HIM AGAIN

Truly an unreal experience. It’s not like a lot of shows where the focus is the stage work, this is all vocals all music all ZAYN the whole show. I don’t know how this man is real, truly he must be fae or a siren because thousands of screaming fans go completely silent when he sings, just to hear his vocals and let him shine. Full body chills. Go if you can.

May daughter and I have been waiting many years for Zayn to tour. He did not disappoint. Our first show was postponed from October and a second show was added, so we attended both. He was fantastic. Great interaction with the crowd. We wish he had done this sooner. Cannot say anything bad about him. The crowd on the other hand was obnoxious and rude. They were pushy and not thought of personal space. They were spilling drinks everywhere and just rude all around. But that did not spoil our fun.

Great venue and amazing crowd. The concert was a once in a lifetime experience.

amazing experience and you can tell he’s starting to open up more with the audience!! surreal voice that left me speechless! was worth waiting an hour and a half in the cold weather to see him! i had vip and was probably 6th row from the front so i had a GREAT view!! if hes comfortable to tour again in the future, i will 10000% be there again!

Zayn has been my #1 artist since i was 10 years old. So surreal seeing him live and such a fun experience throughout the whole night. Zayns vocals lives are amazing and I will never live this night down.

It was a beautiful night, the concert was amazing and all of the crew were brilliant, the only problem the anthem people in the food court, very rude persons.

Concert was AMAZING in dc night 2!! Was able to see him with one direction so it was cool to see him solo on his first tour. His voice is SO good I forgot sometimes he was literally singing in front of me. So proud of him 🫶

I loved the concert from start to finish, Zayn has come so far and is really opening up more to his fans and we love to see it. So proud of him!! The vocals were amazing, the scenario is so pretty, the band is awesome. Everything was great!!!

Zayn’s voice was even better live than it is on the records. You can tell he takes pride in his work and is an unbelievably skilled vocalist. He’s truly a once in a lifetime kind of artist. So grateful I finally got to see him live after over a decade of being a (very patient) fan.

Best night of my life. His voice is so beyond incredible. The closest to Heaven that I’ll get to.

i haven’t seen zayn since 2014 in one direction. i am lucky enough to have seen him 12 times in one direction. seeing him at the anthem brought back so many memories. seeing him be on stage, seeing his personality for who he is rather than who he was made out to be in the band, was just as meaningful and amazing as hearing his angelic voice. i think i cried like five times at minimum. i’d love to see him tour again, as he deserves it; but only if he wants to. all the love my friend.

Zayn was phenomenal, as always. He put on a great show. The venue was also one of the best i've been to, they were very attentive to those in the pit and was handing out waters as well as had them fully stocked for easy grab on both sides of the pits at the bars. It was overall a great experience.

I remember leaving one of these reviews about a few months before Zayn released Room Under the Stairs basically begging him to come to DC whenever he was ready to go on tour and my wish was definitely heard. I genuinely had so much fun at his show. The vibe of the show was just so HIM. So chill and relaxed which definitely suits him and his most recent album very well. Getting to hear his songs live was incredible because his live vocals are seriously no joke. He's an amazing artist and seems to become more confident and comfortable on stage with every performance. I wish I could have gone to both DC dates but I am, sadly, a college student that is very broke. But whenever he comes back to DC in the future I will be there! I love you and your music so much Zayn!!! 😭😭😭

The rate would have been 5 stars but the line was ridiculously long to get into venue and it was freezing outside. They should have had a better system on letting people in quicker

This was Zayn’s first American show as a solo artist and it was amazing!! His voice is beyond good, it’s honestly crazy how he mesmerized us! And his playful banter was so fun. I was so glad to see him looking so comfortable and relaxed on stage!

Zayn Malik is the only man I’ll stand in below freezing temperatures for. The venue itself could have been better, however Zayn himself was amazing!! He’s one of those artist who sound the same (honestly even better) in person as they do in their songs!! If you have the chance to go, I 100% recommend!!! 💙💙
