About

Zac Brown Band is a multi-platinum, Grammy-winning southern rock group fronted by founder and vocalist Zac Brown. After breaking out with their 9-times platinum hit "Chicken Fried” from debut album The Foundation in 2008, Zac Brown Band has released six studio albums, three EPs, and three live albums. The band have secured 17 Top 10 hits on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart, 8 of which landed at No. 1. In addition to Brown, the band’s current lineup includes Jimmy De Martini, John Driskell Hopkins, Coy Bowles, Chris Fryar, Clay Cook, Matt Mangano, Daniel de los Reyes, and Caroline Jones, many of whom play multiple instruments within the ensemble. The band have cultivated an engaged fanbase and built a reputation for blending beachy country tunes with elements of rock, bluegrass, and folk, and their live shows often feature extended instrumental improvisation. Beyond his role within the band, Brown founded the label Southern Ground Artists (formerly Home Grown Music) and is heavily involved with philanthropic efforts through Camp Southern Ground. In 2017, Brown was honored with the Country Radio Seminar Artist Humanitarian Award.

    We bought our tickets last year and were so excited! This would be our 4th time seeing them and they get better and better with entertainment performance every year. They are so talented and really know how to put on the best show! They were part of Patriotic festival this year such a great cause!! We didn’t care for the beginning performers they just didn't entertain as well but again great cause. Also venue was not the greatest would love for festival to go back to Va beach.

    We’ve seen Zac Brown a number of times at larger venues and he’s always great. At Scope, with only 3500 people it was absolutely amazing.

    We drove through the storm from Nags Head to Norfolk for the Patriotic Festival and the Zac Brown Band. We enjoyed Megan Maroney and of course Zac. We have been following Caroline Jones for several years now. We enjoy seeing her perform every chance we get. Zac is a great live performer and Caroline is a wonderful addition to his group. The show was wonderful even if it ran from 9:15 to 11:10. Thanks Zac for showcasing Caroline. Please play more of her music. Thanks.

    Zac Brown was fantastic, but couldn’t they find anyone better than Megan Maroney to open? That was the worst (more than a) hour I’ve had to sit through. She played almost as long as Zac Brown did! Will be showing up late to the next tour stop so I don’t have to listen to her again. Totally wrong demographic. Most of the people in our section and surrounding sections had no idea who she was and were completely bored with her.

    I believed I purchased tickets to Zac Brown Band however at the venue the concert started at 7:00 p.m. and had two performers go on before them. Zac Brown did not go on for 2 hours and 45 minutes later normally this wouldn't be a problem had I been close to home but I traveled for 8 hours to this concert to sit for 2 and 1/2 hours and watch people I didn't pay to see and then had to leave the concert early in order to catch a ride back to the resort I was staying at. Had I known in advance I could have made arrangements to accommodate this but because it wasn't disclosed I wound up hearing 4 songs (2 of which were not even ZBB) of a band that I traveled 8 hours to see very disgusted

    What a great concert all music and no chit chat. Loved that Zac sang other artists songs a true master performance. Zac seems like a humble man too thanking the audience from his heart. I was puzzled that the band member with ALS had to walk all the way across the stage to his spot when walking is difficult for him.

    This concert was really good and I love the mashups that they do at their concerts but they played exactly for an hour and a half. When there are stars like Taylor Swift performing hundreds of shows for 3 hours each night, it makes you want more of your favorite band. I’ll see them again because I love their music, but their crowd work and commitment to performing needs work.
