About
Zac Brown Band is a multi-platinum, Grammy-winning southern rock group fronted by founder and vocalist Zac Brown. After breaking out with their 9-times platinum hit "Chicken Fried” from debut album The Foundation in 2008, Zac Brown Band has released six studio albums, three EPs, and three live albums. The band have secured 17 Top 10 hits on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart, 8 of which landed at No. 1. In addition to Brown, the band’s current lineup includes Jimmy De Martini, John Driskell Hopkins, Coy Bowles, Chris Fryar, Clay Cook, Matt Mangano, Daniel de los Reyes, and Caroline Jones, many of whom play multiple instruments within the ensemble. The band have cultivated an engaged fanbase and built a reputation for blending beachy country tunes with elements of rock, bluegrass, and folk, and their live shows often feature extended instrumental improvisation. Beyond his role within the band, Brown founded the label Southern Ground Artists (formerly Home Grown Music) and is heavily involved with philanthropic efforts through Camp Southern Ground. We are huge fans and last saw the ZBB when they opened for Kenny Chesney. They performed both as an opener and in Kenny's amazing encore. ZBB played almost all of our favorites; including Free and Chicken Fried; only one we missed hearing was "Quiet Your Mind". Only low point was the opening act; Levi Lowry...really mellow; almost put us to sleep...ZBB were animated and the fiddle/violin stole the show....a great night!!!

Zac Brown Rocks

The musicianship was exceptional and they played multiple instruments seeming to master all of them. The guitarist and fiddle player were both really great musicians. Zac's voice was in prime form. I loved the wide range of instruments from the organ to the bongos they used during the show. Almost every single song they played I knew and they knocked out of the park. They also covered Marshall Tucker Band's "Can't You See" and jammed out. The crowd was really into the show and the venue was perfect. One complaint. My seats were kind of expensive but my view was blocked by a light rigging arch that went over the stage. Good thing they had the runway and they used it frequently or most of the band would be hidden from view the whole show.

There was way too much time spent re-setting the stage between the opening act and ZBB. Didn't know if it was a venue problem or is it standard for all ZBB concerts. Two solid hours of music which was great. Opening act Levi Lowrey was not so great and way too long. 40 minutes for an opening act.

They all have unbelievable talent. Even the drummers gave a fun performance dueling back and forth. Just love them all and what a voice on one of the back up guys! Can't wait to see them again

They are truly a pleasure and highly recommend them anyone that enjoys live music. I was thoroughly impressed with how tight the band was. Absolutely spot on and worth every penny!!! Bravo boys Bravo The only thing negative thing I could say about the music is that the guitar was too loud on Uncaged and it was a drowning out the rest of the instruments during the song.

Honestly could have done without the hard rock part though - guess we're getting old -- but that never was our favorite kind of music anyway. Strange how Levi Lowrey, opening act, kept turning his back to the audience and playing to the drummer. Did that seem strange to anyone else? The Jack Daniels RV was parked in the camper lot provided by Mohegan but we didn't see anyone outside or around it.
