  • Great show

by They duped me on 12/11/23Madison Square Garden - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

Olivia Rodrigo, Melanie Martinez and Sabrina Carpenter were great.

  • Last year 2022 is much better overall

by Jojo on 12/11/23Madison Square Garden - New YorkRating: 3 out of 5

I am disappointed in the artists Jingle ball was able to nail this year ( 2023)!!! Besides Sza, Olivia R, Cheer and One republic who caused some sparkle, the rest of them were quite dull. Last year, not only we got Lizzo, Dua Lipa, also Ava Max, Demi L and Backstreet Boys etc… they literally brought the house down! This year, i barely stood up and teens surrounding me did not even get off their feet much!! We need some good, deep singers to spice up our holidays please!!

  • First Concert

by willy on 12/10/23Rating: 5 out of 5

best performers, best artists, best dancers, best time!!!! seeing 12 people in one day as a first concert for about 4 and a half hours was so much fun. would definitely go again.

    by A. M. on 12/16/22Rating: 5 out of 5

Brought these tickets for my mom for early Christmas and all the line ups were good ! A little sad Jvke only played 1 song :( but everyone was great only complaints was the beginning of Demi Lavots songs were so quite and some bass parts of music felt like it hurt my soul but over all great and would go again next year!

  • Awesome Show

by Tihaitian on 12/14/21Madison Square Garden - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

This was my first time attending Jingle ball. I went with my 12 year old daughter. We had A GREAT time. Ed Sheeran was AMAZING as a one man band, AJR just made me a BIG FAN, The Jonas Brothers ROCKED! And Lil Nas X impressed the hell out of me.. Overall it was a FANTASTIC Show

  • All Around Unfortunate Circumstances

by Chels on 12/13/21Madison Square Garden - New YorkRating: 2 out of 5

Found out 3 hours before the show, as we were driving from Boston, that 2 of the headliners backed out last minute. And no replacements! Then found out Ed Sheeran was the OPENER within an hour of the show, so missed most of his set due to traffic. Then the speaker on our side of the stage facing us blew on the 2nd or 3rd artist & could only 1/2 hear the show the rest of the time through a muffled broken speaker. Super underwhelmed for the hundreds of dollars spent & time/driving out there. Should have just stayed & went to the Boston one Sunday night instead of dealing with all of this & the snobbiness of MSG people. Not planning on going back anytime soon.

  • Packed of Superstars!

    by A. I. on 12/13/21Madison Square Garden - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

Got to see a concert packed with superstars! It was amazing!

  • Could be better.

by Katie on 12/13/21Madison Square Garden - New YorkRating: 3 out of 5

I was slightly disappointed by this years jingle ball lineup. In the past they have had huge top of the charts artists (multiple at a time) and I just feel like this year was just a brunch of artists who are one hit wonders from a song that went viral on tiktok (besides Ed sheeran and the Jonas brothers) I just feel like for the amount of money they charge it could have been so much better. I have been to multiple jingle balls in the past and this year was by far the biggest disappointment.

  • KISS108 Jingleball

by Deb DiMauro on 12/13/21Madison Square Garden - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

Everything was amazing, except show ended an hour early.

  • Horrible

by Shirley Jaramillo on 12/13/21Madison Square Garden - New YorkRating: 2 out of 5

I never expected to see a screen instead of at least a little bit of them. That doesn’t make sense to pay for nothing

  • Major letdown from 2019

by SteveK on 12/13/21Madison Square Garden - New YorkRating: 2 out of 5

2 major acts now out - never even told why Dua Lipa wasn’t there - never addressed it at all. Her names on all the shirts but not in the lineup. DoJo had covid concert. Why would you put your most popular performer first when COVID checks hold up getting in the building. So many people missed Ed’s performance. Very poor planning. . I personally didn’t know Tate Verdes before the show but she is a great performer and talented artist. Dixie, who I had only heard about prior to the show, should never have been allowed on stage - terrible performer and even worse voice. That may sound harsh but if you were there (at a concert I remind you) to hear good music, her performance was an epic failure. I’m sure she’s a nice person but she’s not a vocal performer of that level. Saweetie, AJR and Jonas Brothers saved the event from being a complete waste. We didn’t stay for lil nas, but the other performers I didn’t mention were good. Compared to the 2019 show, this was pretty far below the mark of excellence.

  • No replacement for Doja Cat and Dua Lipa!!

by jen on 12/13/21Madison Square Garden - New YorkRating: 1 out of 5

The stars of the show weren't able to attend so atleast they could have found a replacement or refunded at least part of the ticketprice!! BUT NO, they did absolutely nothing to make up for that!! Apart from that the crowd at Madison Square Garden was so lame!! What happened?? you couldn't enjoy the other acts just because the crowd was sleeping, people weren't celebrating at all!!!

  • Lineup wasn’t what we paid for

by Anon on 12/13/21Madison Square Garden - New YorkRating: 2 out of 5

Why would the headline artist go on first? And we bought tickets at a high price assuming to see all of the artists. I feel like we didn’t get our money’s worth.

  • Amazing

by Jo on 12/13/21Madison Square Garden - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

Its been 15 years since i have been to a concert at MSG. To go to Jingle Ball was the Best. I always heard about it, but never thought i would go. What an experience! I will definitely go next year!!!

  • Section 113 should not be sold

by Anna on 12/13/21Madison Square Garden - New YorkRating: 2 out of 5

Just wanted to mention that section 113 should not be sold for a concert. With absolutely no view and the price tag of $70 per ticket it is extremely unfair. I purchased the ticket from a friend and was not aware that it had no view. To say the least I was disappointed. The show overall was good from what I was able to see on the screen.

  • Jiggle bell ball.
