YOUNG THUG in Concert
YOUNG THUG is one of popular music’s most charismatic and crowd-pleasing live performers. 2017 was huge for him. In June, the visionary multi-art form superstar released solo album Beautiful Thugger Girls, and not to be content, followed it up with a couple of huge collaborations. First featuring on Camila Cabello’s global smash and multi-platinum ARIA #1 single Havana and secondly, hooking up with fellow Atlanta MC superstar Future on new album Super Slimey.
Young Thug, aka Jeffery Lamar Williams, has been evolving and ever rising on the musical landscape since his arrival on the music scene. There’s a proud lineage of musical mavericks who have successfully subverted the zeitgeist, ranging from Sir Elton John, David Bowie, Prince to André 3000 and Erykah Badu. Since the release of his first mixtape I Came From Nothing in 2011, Young Thug has proudly earned his own position representing a shift in music and fashion. His signature siren squeal often wails like a guitar, while his viral wardrobe choices re-define “runway ready.” Everything the RIAA multiplatinum certified 25-year-old rapper does makes headlines -- most notably his innate, inimitable and infinite talent.

+Young Thug only
I got meet and greet for Machine Gun Kelly. Everything was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful.
I have been to many concerts before but none like this. The crowd was crazy, Young Thugs performance was energetic and amazing and he brought out Lil Uzi. Best day of my life period.
MGK and Young Thug decided to switch the headliner at the last minute. We never saw MGK because he ended up opening. So disappointed.
I had the best time of my life this was a Birthday present from my mom
I’m went to this concert being a fan of the two major artist performing MGK killed it and waiting for young thug to come on stage for almost an hour after MGK killed the buzz left halfway through young thugs performance but good job at the actual facility besides getting bummed out about the second performer it was a blast
So much fighting and pushing and shoving. Such an aggressive crowd. Love mgk but will not do that again if he’s going to encourage everyone to beat everyone else up
not to sound like a complete old fart but this show was way too loud. i could feel my eardrums rattling, we left before young thug came on because of it.
Machine gun Kelly never disappoints every show is just as hyped as the night before truly best live performer ever and became a fan of young thug after the shows I went to!!!!! ❌❌
Machine gun Kelly was first and he was great! High energy and really great! Then they had a dj who was spinning all the jams for the crowd. When it was time for young thug to com out he was high energy as well! He did a duet with mgk and that was spot on!!! The whole concert was wonderful!!!
It was a good experience. Young Thug’s performance was excellent I just wish he hadn’t threaten to leave. Kind of killed the mood of the audience. Wherever he go tell him make sure he show nothin but love. Show was Fantastic.
I was there for machine gun kwlly and i left afterwards but the venue was great and no complaints but the bands chosen could have been a little better
The rumors are true, Machine Gun Kelly is the best live performer. It was incredible the way he utilized the stage and the skull and was interactive with the crowd. He performed his heart out and you could tell that he was. Young Thug was incredible as well, I went to see him back in October of 2018 when he was touring with J Cole, and I can confidently say that his performance at the Justin Bieber Big Tour was 10x better. However, some of the comments of other people in the crowd broke my heart. I went to the show for both artists, but a majority of people came for one artist (mostly young thug) and we’re talking about how MGK was trash and were shouting rude things at him as he was performing (mind you I was in the pit with these people who were about 20 feet away from the artists). Other than the crowd being vulgar, the show was phenomenal.
Young Thug and Machine Gun Kelly are both energetic performers! It was a great concert!
amazing!! the music playing while waiting for MGK was great also
Machine Gun Kelly never fails to deliver, THE best live performer ever. From music to visuals he kills it. And Young Thug also didn’t disappoint! very happy XX
It was awesome. It was something i had never experienced before.itbwas loud and fun and met new people.
Loved the set up, Riverbend never disappoints my friends and I!
Machine Gun Kelly puts the best shows on ever!! He rocked the stage & kept the crowd going. 10 out 10 would recommend to go see him
We arrived just ahead of YBN’s performance. It was loud and muddled as I expected from such a new performer. They usually don’t have the best sound teams and he had his buddies on stage yelling into mics along with him. The problem was that the sound of being incredibly loud to the point it overpowered the acts. MGK was the clearest to hear but that was seemingly just because in general he speaks the clearest. It was hard to tell what songs as the base overpowered the music itself most of the time and then the music overpowered the voices of both MGK and Young Thug. To add to that you could clearly see Thug was having issues with his ear piece the entire show bc he did not stop touching it and didn’t even seem to be able to hear anything half the time as he continuously stopped performing. He tried to play it off but it was clear. Overall it just sounded bad. Generally speaking sound starts out mediocre and gets better as the acts get better. This is because every act has their own sound team and those sound teams get better and more expensive as the night goes on, yadda yadda. I have to assume since it was horrible all night the fault falls on the venue. I was very disappointed in PNC Pavilion. It was my first experience inside PNC and probably be my last. It was just bad.
Machine Gun Kelly put on the best performance I’ve ever seen. I have been to many concerts. NOTHING tops what he did. Well worth the money. Even with further seats, we was interactive.
