    XFEST 15

by luckydrummer on 9/14/10Montgomery County Fairgrounds - Dayton

This is my second year for this rock show, and this year's lineup was pretty good. There was a definite gap from startup bands (Redline Chemistry, American Bang, Paper Tongues) to the headlining potential (Sick Puppies, Drowning Pool, Papa Roach, Seether, Shinedown), but it was a great show. The healiner stage was worth it by itself. Huge crowd, GA standing room (with grand stand seats a mile away). After last year, I have been anxiously waiting for this year and was not disappointed. I am definitely looking to next year.

    Shinedown kicked ass...

by tswmcello on 9/14/10Montgomery County Fairgrounds - Dayton

The bands at this concert every year are just amazing and this year my favorite had to be shinedown because they just ripped up the stage and were great.

    Best festival show for 2010

by geezlpete on 9/14/10Montgomery County Fairgrounds - Dayton

What a way to end the summer. When I first arrived at the site of this concert, I thought the area was way too small. But the set up of the stages opposite each other was fantastic. Papa Roach, never disappoints. This is my 3rd time seeing them. My first time seeing Seether, and I will definitely look for more shows with them. This is my 6th time seeing Shinedown live and each time is like seeing them for the first time. Absolutely amazing!! They rip your heart out and devour you soul with their intense performance. Bring these bands back next year please.

sick puppies and shinedown were awesome, as always

by stevieg21 on 9/14/10Montgomery County Fairgrounds - Dayton

This is my second time comming to the show and the overall event is good. The line up has been good and the bands have played good. I dont like the 8pm curfue though. But the biggest problem is the autograph area. Waiting in like for 2 hours to meet a band, while missing other bands playing on the stages, and not actaully getting to meet anyone is beyond rediculus. You need to allow more then 15 minutes per band, and theres no reason why you cant have more then one line set up. Maybe have 4 different stations with a different band at each station for 30 minutes each or longer.

    XFEST ROCKS!!

by Heatmizer on 9/14/10Montgomery County Fairgrounds - Dayton

As always, X-Fest delivered with a bang! Papa Roach, Seether and, of course, Shinedown rocked the fairgrounds! I could have listened to Shinedown ALL DAY! If you've never been, you don't know what you're missing.

    Pretty Good

by Smayda on 9/14/10Montgomery County Fairgrounds - Dayton

It was pretty good. They really need a way to stop the crowd surfers from crowd surfing as much it was getting ridiculous but the bands were O.K. I had a lot of fun but the crowd surfers were horrible. I would recommend Rock on the Range more it was way better.

    Awesome Show!

by Kleerticus on 9/14/10Montgomery County Fairgrounds - Dayton

I have gone to every X-fest for the past 6 years. It is never a let down. No matter who is playing, you're bound to find someone that you enjoy. The staff keep everything very organized and safe. Nothing better than non-stop, back-to-back rock!

    Papa Roach Killed It!!!!

by bluebaby125 on 9/14/10Verizon Wireless Music Center - Noblesville

I would have given the show 5 stars but there were a couple of bands that just couldnt keep up the energy level. Once we got to Drowning Pool they were able to get the energy up, but then it went away when Dirty Heads came out. Next Papa Roach was amazing, but they always are and everyone seemed to be really into it. Following them Sublime with Rome which for me seemed to be a rest period so that we could get ready for Seether and Buckcherry. Seether was also good, and Buckcherry was what I expected, always entertaining.

The Music from all the bands were great!

by ShellsNCheese on 9/14/10Montgomery County Fairgrounds - Dayton

All of the bands that played were wonderful. There are times when you hear a band and you find out the group is only a studio group. None of these bands were that way; they all sounded as good as they sound on album!

    X-Fest still rockin!

by Bevsanq on 9/14/10Verizon Wireless Music Center - Noblesville

In our group we had three 15-16 year old boys, a 30-something Mom, and a 40-something Mom. We were all in agreement that Papa Roach was by far the best band at the show. They just put on a better show than the other bands. The concert as a whole was great, the weather was perfect, we couldn't have asked for a better day! We all can't wait for May Day now!

    They just keep getting better

by henrylee801 on 9/14/10Montgomery County Fairgrounds - Dayton

This is our 5th year attending and each show is better than the last. Shinedown, Seether, Drowning Pool, Papa Roach I had heard. The newer bands were great and it is always amazing to find local talent. Other than the fact that the Bengals lost, it was a great day!
