About

Wreckno on Tour

EDM artist Wreckno has attitude and style for days. A fearless queer icon inspired by Lady Gaga and Britney Spears, Wreckno has evolved from being a dance DJ to rapping, performing and producing his own material and collaborating with artists including GRiZ and Super Future, with whom he released the 2020 EP Hypernatural.

Growing up in a musical family in a small town in northern Michigan, Wreckno went from feeling shy about his sexual orientation to being a self-described "out and proud queer person" who knew he wanted to spend his life performing music from a very young age.

Singles like "Holla" and "Medusa" with GRiZ fill the dance floors and earned him headlining spots at festivals including Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival and Electric Forest. Don't miss Wreckno's colorful and energetic live performances that have the good vibes flowing for days when he comes to a city near you.

Wreckno Live in Concert

Born Brandon Wisniski, Wreckno grew up on the Great Lakes in northern Michigan and fell in love with electronic music when he was 15. Raised in a musical family, he was encouraged by his mother, who was a singer, to dance, sing and express himself. Fascinated by pop stars including Britney Spears and Lady Gaga, his world changed when he attended his first music festival, Electric Forest, and he knew he wanted to pursue a career in music.

Wisniski purchased some midi gear and began DJing as a hobby, which soon turned into a way to earn money and evolved into a promising musical career. He began making music as Wreckno with his older brother, Dakota, and writing and producing original material that showcases his knack for creating smooth, infectious beats and dance grooves.

As someone who's always looked up to queer icons including Mykki Blanco, Cakes Da Killa and Brooke Candy, Wreckno has now become an icon himself, fearlessly expressing himself on and offstage and being a shining example for other young people of proudly showing the world who you really are. He also actively strives for the inclusion of the queer community in electronic music.

    Not very good

by Steve E on 1/2/24Old National Centre - Indianapolis

I didn’t know what to expect but it was not enjoyable to me. The music was loud and not the kind music that could be danced to. I left after about 45 minutes.
