The venue is great. The hockey is professional and entertaining. The seats I was able to obtain were right in the middle of the rink, so we were able to see all the action. The venue is right off of Route 9 and there is plenty of parking. It's a great time for hockey fans and well worth the money.
The seats were awesome! Near center ice and far enough up to see the whole ice. Nachos at the concession stands could be better!
The game was fine, the venue, parking, food etc. The biggest problem of the game was the cheering sticks. The person who thought these were a good idea has never sat directly in front of a birthday party of 10 kids between the ages of 5-8 . My husband was hit on the head countless times even our 3 young kids were very bothered. Use them during the "make noise" part that's fine. Otherwise these sticks should be banned from your venue. This will be the last time we attend a Sharks game for this reason.
Enjoyed an evening out at the DCU Center for my first-ever hockey game. Found the crowd was as entertaining as the game itself! Would go again.
I looked up dining on the DCU Center web site. Was impressed to find quite a few listed. But actually finding any pub or tavern type restaurant was difficult. Under impressed with the available dining choices. Being from the visiting team, I found that the fans at the DCU are not as friendly as we have seen at other arenas. FINZ was very nice to us.
I always love to go to a Sharks game, but decent seats were $30.00 each which is a lot during this tough economy. I think it would be a good incentive to sell tickets if you would offer the next game at half price. I mean the stadium was probably more than half empty. Overall I had a really good time!!
My first Hockey Game that I didn't watch from the T V. It was awesome. The Sharks kept me on the edge of the seat. I can't wait to see my second game in the arena. I was able to touch the glass. Our seats were on the plenalty box side... Albany Devils had 3 or 4 players in time out at one time... The fights kept my boyfriend cheering them on. The Sharks never backed down. 6-1 score What a Blast <3 !! * * Bru*ns Game @ TD Garden @ 7pm = 2 Hockey games in Person... 4 Collectable pucks and counting * * !!

The game was well played. The speed of the game is impressive. This is a chance to see the future stars of the NHL up close.

Watched the Worcester Sharks take on the Providence Bruins. This game was especially fun, with fans of both teams in attendance. Shawn Thornton, the Bruins enforcer, was in the building until around 8pm signing autographs. Other thoughts: parking around the DCU center can be expensive, snacks and beverages are reasonably priced. I was cheering for the Providence Bruins while my girlfriend was cheering on the Worcester Sharks!
The new bar in the DCU center is wonderful. As long as you have a beer in your hand you can stand and watch the entire game. The nostalgia of watching the Sharks play in Ice Cats uniforms was pretty incredible. Too bad they aren't as good as the Ice Cats. The 1000th game of the Centrum / DCU's history was it's highest attendance for the year, kind of sad because they did it while wearing the old team's jerseys.
Worcester Sharks put on a great show. I would recommend for any family as it is very reasonable. Great time and a win with 3 seconds left.
Great take of a professional sporting event. Very kid friendly. In the future it would be nice to see the mascot come up to the upper level. We, my 2 & 5 yr old & I, were in the upper level at center ice and it would have been ice to see Finz make the walk up the stairs.

Opening night, was a great atmosphere. Both teams played very well, so evenly matched it went ot OT. Very fun game to attened!!!
We had a great time. My kids are five and really enjoyed the fireworks as they introduced each player. I am not sure if that is for the season opener or every game.
