The Railers are always very entertaining. It's a great time especially for the family. It's affordable if you want to bring your kids. The halftime show is always great. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to have a fun and entertaining night.
Got amazing seats about seven rows behind the game, watched the tough athletes play, watched karate at halftime, got a whole bunch of free stuff at the game too. An amazing experience
Great time with the family. Such an exciting game to watch even if you are not much of a hockey fan as your teenage boys. We would go back for sure with or without the kids.
Brought my 17month old grandson, he had a blast. lots of sound, fast action and good fan participation
I feel the entertainment during intermission periods could have been planned a little better. Barring for a few, most performances/presentations seemed rushed.
The DCU center and the game was fantastic, too bad they did not win. We enjoyed how they get the fans involved with various activities. The singing of God Bless America and the Star Spangled Banner was so wonderful and appreciated. The issue was the parking specifically after the game trying to leave the parking lot was over 35 minutes sitting in our car waiting in line to leave. The holdup was an attendant checking parking tickets, or in our case the barcode since we prepaid for parking. That really stunk and put a sour note on what was a great night.
Easy to park and great atmoshphere. But no cash accepted anywhere. I looked on the website prior to visiting to ensure i was prepared for covid and other protocols but didnt find any mention of this.
Great price for the tickets! The seats were great and the game was fun to watch as well! 10\10 recommend if your looking to do something cheap w friends.
A huge fan of NHL and the AHL, I miss the AHL teams once played in Worcester, Manchester, NH and Portland, ME. This was my 1st ECHL game and I was not disappointed. To quote Arnold, "I'll be back."
Everyone was great! All workers helpful and happy. My purse was above the size allowed, but the kind door man allowed my kids and I to stay warm while my husband ran it back to the car. Treats and beverages were great. Trax was very interactive with everyone! Keep up the great work!
Overall very positive experience. There was one small glitch - the person admitting us seemed to make a big deal about my companions purse, even though it was quite small and compact.
Game was fun, as always. I still can't get over how expensive the food and beverages are, though.
No long lines, clean bathrooms, friendly helpful staff, great time for kids!
I took my 6 year old son and he had a blast. And it was it was cheap
This was our first Railers game & we had so much fun! My children were super excited to make it to the jumbotron, and also liked throwing pucks out onto the ice. We will be back :)
We were initially ticketed one ticket instead of 4. This was corrected however when we got to the seats 2 of the 4 seats were obstructed by the railing. The two kids could still barely see. I reached out to the railers and have yet to hear a response back. To me this is unacceptable. No effort to rectify the situation is sad.
Game ops definitely is kicking off some rust after not hosting during covid, lines were stupid long, took an entire period in line for a beer, so I missed ⅓ of the game for a beverage. If sitting in the 200 deck, DO NOT get anywhere in rows B-E. People don't have hockey etiquette here and will stand up and block your views during play without a care. I'm sure it will improve as they get back into the swing of the season.
They played good and good game the only thing i need better seats ty so much
Went to my first Railers game with my six year old daughter. We got great seats behind the opposing net. Had nice neighbors, and really enjoyed all the in game entertainment. Would love to come back for more.
