The Railers are always very entertaining. It's a great time especially for the family. It's affordable if you want to bring your kids. The halftime show is always great. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to have a fun and entertaining night.

  • What an experience and a show!!!!

by Nico Pengin on 3/8/22DCU Center - WorcesterRating: 5 out of 5

Got amazing seats about seven rows behind the game, watched the tough athletes play, watched karate at halftime, got a whole bunch of free stuff at the game too. An amazing experience

  • Railers Rock

by Kerri on 3/8/22DCU Center - WorcesterRating: 5 out of 5

Great time with the family. Such an exciting game to watch even if you are not much of a hockey fan as your teenage boys. We would go back for sure with or without the kids.

  • we had a great time, sat right behind the benches.

  • Good

by PJ on 2/15/22DCU Center - WorcesterRating: 4 out of 5

I feel the entertainment during intermission periods could have been planned a little better. Barring for a few, most performances/presentations seemed rushed.

  • DCU and the game great, parking stinks

    by Stephen L. on 2/10/22DCU Center - WorcesterRating: 4 out of 5

The DCU center and the game was fantastic, too bad they did not win. We enjoyed how they get the fans involved with various activities. The singing of God Bless America and the Star Spangled Banner was so wonderful and appreciated. The issue was the parking specifically after the game trying to leave the parking lot was over 35 minutes sitting in our car waiting in line to leave. The holdup was an attendant checking parking tickets, or in our case the barcode since we prepaid for parking. That really stunk and put a sour note on what was a great night.

  • No cash accepted but a great time

by Amber on 2/9/22DCU Center - WorcesterRating: 3 out of 5

Easy to park and great atmoshphere. But no cash accepted anywhere. I looked on the website prior to visiting to ensure i was prepared for covid and other protocols but didnt find any mention of this.

  • ECHL is a great place to see up and coming hockey stars

by San Martino di Finita on 1/26/22DCU Center - WorcesterRating: 5 out of 5

A huge fan of NHL and the AHL, I miss the AHL teams once played in Worcester, Manchester, NH and Portland, ME. This was my 1st ECHL game and I was not disappointed. To quote Arnold, "I'll be back."

  • Great family fun!

by Jaclyn on 1/24/22DCU Center - WorcesterRating: 5 out of 5

Everyone was great! All workers helpful and happy. My purse was above the size allowed, but the kind door man allowed my kids and I to stay warm while my husband ran it back to the car. Treats and beverages were great. Trax was very interactive with everyone! Keep up the great work!

  • Railers hockey game

by Joe on 1/18/22DCU Center - WorcesterRating: 5 out of 5

Overall very positive experience. There was one small glitch - the person admitting us seemed to make a big deal about my companions purse, even though it was quite small and compact.

  • Food

by Chris on 1/18/22DCU Center - WorcesterRating: 3 out of 5

Game was fun, as always. I still can't get over how expensive the food and beverages are, though.

  • Wonderful!

by Rae on 1/17/22DCU Center - WorcesterRating: 5 out of 5

  • Great time

  • Fun family event!

by Jen on 11/10/21DCU Center - WorcesterRating: 5 out of 5

This was our first Railers game & we had so much fun! My children were super excited to make it to the jumbotron, and also liked throwing pucks out onto the ice. We will be back :)

  • Obstructed seats

    by C on 10/26/21DCU Center - WorcesterRating: 2 out of 5

We were initially ticketed one ticket instead of 4. This was corrected however when we got to the seats 2 of the 4 seats were obstructed by the railing. The two kids could still barely see. I reached out to the railers and have yet to hear a response back. To me this is unacceptable. No effort to rectify the situation is sad.

  • kicking off the rust

by Otto on 10/26/21DCU Center - WorcesterRating: 3 out of 5

Game ops definitely is kicking off some rust after not hosting during covid, lines were stupid long, took an entire period in line for a beer, so I missed ⅓ of the game for a beverage. If sitting in the 200 deck, DO NOT get anywhere in rows B-E. People don't have hockey etiquette here and will stand up and block your views during play without a care. I'm sure it will improve as they get back into the swing of the season.

by Ben Zeno on 3/10/20DCU Center - WorcesterRating: 5 out of 5

Went to my first Railers game with my six year old daughter. We got great seats behind the opposing net. Had nice neighbors, and really enjoyed all the in game entertainment. Would love to come back for more.
