About

In the realm of music, where solemnity often reigns, there emerges a trio of comedic virtuosos who dare to tread a different path. Wolves of Glendale, a band born from the minds and talents of Ethan Edenburg (vocals/guitar), Eric Jackowitz (vocals/drums) and Tom McGovern (vocals/keyboards), have swiftly carved out their own niche in the music world. Armed with a keen eye for life's absurdities and a penchant for musical parody and hard rocking, Wolves of Glendale have taken the comedy scene by storm, amassing a devoted fanbase and a substantial social media following in just a year of its creation. Their rise to prominence has been nothing short of meteoric. With performances at prestigious events like the Netflix Is a Joke Festival and opening for iconic acts such as Tenacious D, where Jack Black comments, "..the thing about Wolves of Glendale is...they sound fantastic." They have also opened for David Cross, Reggie Watts and Jukebox the Ghost, Wolves have proven that humor and music can harmoniously coexist on stage.

Wolves of Glendale are now gearing up for a major milestone, as they prepare to release their self-titled debut album on January 26, 2024. Produced by John Spiker (known for his work with Tenacious D) and Rian Lewis (notable for collaborations with Doja Cat and Ty Dolla $ign), this album promises to be a riotous celebration of their unique brand of comedy-infused music.

    Best in the biz

by Gregg on 2/24/24Mercury Lounge - New York

Wolves of Glendale are that fresh breath of air of music and comedy that you didn't even know you needed. It's one thing to be funny, it's another to be skilled musicians. To execute both so well, is incredibly hard to do. Tom, Ethan, and Eric make it look easy. If they come to your area, go out of your way to catch a show. I can't recommend them enough!

Best Show Ever — Laughed and Jammed Hard

by MattMan on 2/13/24High Noon Saloon - Madison

They put on a phenomenal show with a great mix of improv, shenanigans, great songs from their new album, and some very cool new bits just for the live show. One of my favorite live shows I’ve ever seen. The energy in the room was so amazing and crazy. Their “F-Around” block was a highlight were they take suggestions on how to play two very different songs together at the same time and ultimately had us clucking like chickens. On top of all of that, they stayed after and talked to everyone signing stuff and taking pics after the show. I can't recommend seeing them live enough.

    Best Concert I’ve Ever Seen

by Alex on 2/12/24High Noon Saloon - Madison

I’ve been to hundreds of concerts and local shows over the years, and this was my favorite one yet. I anticipated it being the best, but even then it surpassed expectations. Phenomenal show!

These guys were the opener for Tenacious D, and I think the Wolves should've been the headliner. I can't wait until they start a tour!!
