Parking Information: Parking is available at any McCormick Place Parking Garage for $25.00. The closest garage to the Wintrust Arena is Parking Lot A, located just south of the arena at 2301 S. Prairie Ave, Chicago, IL 60616. The closest garage is Arie Crown Theater is Parking Lot C, located just south of the theater at 2227 S. Dearborn Drive, Chicago, IL 60616.

Accessible seating is available online at Ticketmaster.com or by visiting the Wintrust Arena Box Office.

Doors will typically open 1 hour prior to the event time noted on your ticket. However, all door times are subject to change. Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to, the following: • Purses, bags or containers larger than a small clutch bag (a clutch bag is 4.5x6.5" or 6.5x4.5", approximately the size of a hand without a strap). • Camera bags • Cinch bags • Briefcases • Computer bags • Backpacks • Coolers (including thermos) • Fanny packs • Luggage of any kind Patrons may bring in the following bags: • Wintrust Arena approved clear plastic, vinyl or PVC that do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" • Bags may be hand carried or have a shoulder strap. • One gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc). No commercial or flash photography of any kind is permitted. Selfie sticks are not permitted within the Arena. Camcorders or any other audio/visual equipment is prohibited unless authorized by team/promoter or performer. If you have questions about a particular event please call ...
