    NO WATER

by Saws on 12/20/22Fillmore Auditorium (Denver) - Denver

Overcrowded and difficult to leave the crowd for water. By the time I made it to the “free” water jug it was completely empty before the night even started. There are refill stations made for re-fillable water bottles but couldn’t bring in a water bottle. Then to be charged 6 dollars for a can of water or be charged for just an empty cup is ridiculous. This is how medical emergencies happen. Absolutely disgusting to put profit over safety. All of the artists were amazing but I will never return to this venue.

    Fillmore Denver

by Gabby on 12/20/22Fillmore Auditorium (Denver) - Denver

Should be able to bring in our own water bottles!!!! Sucks knowing a company cares more about money than their patrons safety. Security was also a little excessive and slowing the line while freezing temperatures, made me take my boots off and show inside. All music and visual artist were amazing. Love Nation needs work.

JC is another level. Always an experience seeing him play. Suggestion- Lose the openers and consider playing a longer set instead. Visuals were INSANE! Keep doors closed at the venue. I had on a hat and mittens and could see my breath in there.

    Free water please!

by Ducci on 12/19/22Fillmore Auditorium (Denver) - Denver

The venue itself is great, the staff were all nice inside the venue. The fact that people aren’t able to bring in their own water bottles/unopened food is very disappointing. From an accessibility standpoint it should be allowed that people can bring in their own water bottle and refill in the venue. I have a celiacs and was unable to eat any of the food provided in the venue, I would have appreciated being able to bring my own snacks inside so I can make it through the event I am paying for comfortably. This goes for people that may be diabetic or have other health conditions as well.

Music was great, venue cares about profit not safety

by Liz on 12/19/22Fillmore Auditorium (Denver) - Denver

This is strictly about the venue. I have zero complaints for any of the music, artists, or visual artists. Water. Not being able to bring in an empty reusable for a sold out (potentially oversold) show where the floor was packed beyond belief not only makes the experience less enjoyable but so much less safe. The only option for water being $6 other than the 2 jugs that were rather inaccessible. I asked for an empty cup at one point since there weren’t any at the jug (which ended up being empty anyway) and was told they would have to charge me - as well as asking for ice water since the jug was empty and was told no. Choosing profit over safety makes me not want to return to a venue when the resolution is as simple as letting us bring in reusable water bottles.

    Allow reusable water bottles

by reusablewaterbottles on 12/19/22Fillmore Auditorium (Denver) - Denver

It's a standard for any other venue, even restaurants & bars don't care. Pathetic that on top of the surcharges for other consumables, water is also something that must be bought unless one wants to have a sip from cups provided. Accommodate the people keeping the business alive.

Artists were great, LN is a cash grab and is not so great

by David on 12/19/22Fillmore Auditorium (Denver) - Denver

Show was oversold, crowd was packed like sardines so they could sell $40 balcony seats. Security line to get in was intentionally going slow so they could sell fast-lane searches at $15 dollars a pop. Can't bring in your own water bottles, have to pay $6 for a can of water. At least the artists performances were great.

    Great music mids venue

by T on 12/19/22Fillmore Auditorium (Denver) - Denver

Had an amazing weekend full of unbelievable talent but the Fillmore is a terrible venue. Not allowed to bring in water bottles, the line to get in was absurd, terribly over sold/packed, and unfriendly staff compared to Mission Ballroom.

    Not great

by Lilbil on 12/19/22Fillmore Auditorium (Denver) - Denver

The venue was way overcrowded and line management was not well organized. Longer lines than I’ve ever been in for any other venue in Denver.. and while it’s freezing cold. Drinks were even more overpriced than usual. Sound wasn’t that great towards the mid-back of the venue. Overall not great. Should’ve been at mission ballroom!
